Nice Condo but noisy by Highway

We really like the Condo. The location to the highway makes it noisy for sleeping. Overall the building & unit are very nice & comfortable.

Good for 2 people, not great for more

What we loved: Nice looking place (cute decor). Good (but not great) location. Nice, secure building, and nice terrace. Fairly clean, nice kitchen, laundry in unit, big TVs with Hulu, and good WiFi. Lots of natural light. Good shower pressure. Dimmers for lights were nice. Nice secure parking under building. What we didn’t love: Can’t close curtains in living room. (Really. They’re “decorative”.) So no privacy or room darkening there. Pullout sofa bed was visibly uneven, our kid ended up just folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa which was more comfortable. Bad road noise from the highway right under the window. Only one fob to enter the building and use the elevator. Some lights (bedroom floor lamp, ceiling light) didn’t work properly. Towel rack fell apart; I fixed it with my screwdriver. No door to bedroom (pocket door closes off bathroom too). Google smart speaker is always listening for a “hey Google” (privacy?). Strong cannabis odor in the halls. Deodorant or some other substance on one of the “clean” towels. Ants (on the 8th floor). With all the fees, separate payments, etc, the unit ended up costing us over $200/night. Attempted upsell and total lack of care from iTrip. I asked about checking in an hour early and was told it’s an extra $100. Brought some of the above issues to iTrip and they said “thanks, we’ll pass your comments on to the owner”. Next day I got an email from iTrip asking for a review. Not sure what iTrip does, but it isn’t customer service.

Convienment Location and Great Stay

The condo was very nice and functional for one person or a couple, as it is a one King bedroom. Furniture was in good condition and the bed was a dream to sleep on. There is a sofa sleeper in the event you have a guest. The I Trips staff were fantastic and great to work with. There is a bit of road noise as it is adjacent to the freeway. Overall, a convenient location and a great stay.

First Timer

The building was quiet and clean. It is located within walking distance from restaurants and places of interest. I loved having an assigned parking space. The unit was clean, plenty of towels and washcloths. The furniture was comfortable. I initially had trouble getting the televisions to operate, the technician came the next day, set up the televisions, and thirty minutes later both televisions were working. I think updating the information book, adding more details (e.g. how to operate dishwasher), and organizing it by room would be very helpful. Remember to bring drinking water. I was there for three weeks, overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nice space

Overall the apartment is comfortable and spacious. But the sky lights and no way to cover the windows in the living area ensured that I was waking up with the sun daily. Plus it was right next to a highway, so road noise was a problem.

Great place for any kind of trip

I stayed here for an extended period of time on a long work visit (5 months) and couldn’t have found a better spot. Building is clean and secure, condo is nice and felt like a small version of home, neighborhood is great - easy walkability to a variety of things, and the property owners & management team were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Great place!

Nice Place close to everything

Overall a decent place with really great views. Everything I would expect and more in a penthouse level space including washer dryer in unit with SOAP! Only 2 complaints, if you are planning to sleep in bring a sleep mask bc the windows are huge and let a lot of sun light in you wont be able to block it out. Lastly, if you dont have a car getting into the garage to get to the Key FOBS will be difficult get that figured out early on (requires garage access)
