the staff was very friendly the breakfast was very good the room was good with one exception; the window definitely needs replacement! It was not in correctly or it was just old because it felt like the traffic on the highway was so loud like the window was open, but it wasn't also the drapes were so old they had holes in them! that really is the only complaint!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. There’s many nearby fast food and restaurant options. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was a good size also.

There must be ZERO sound proofing at this facility!! Sounded like the interstate traffic (nearby) was literally in the room with us! The a/c unit “white noise” was not even sufficient to drown it out.

It was ok, though overpriced. Maintenance was lacking and the beds were... Not good. Shower curtain did nearly nothing and the floor was absolutely covered in water after taking a shower. On the plus side it was quiet and the AC worked like a champ.

The first room they stuck me in was filthy food on floor pictures missing off wall walls filthy lamps all stained mattresses stained. Then they stuck me in another room next to it same thing filthy floor not swept after they stick me into one more room wasn’t as dirty but bed mattress and lamps stained the lady said she checked it and nothing was wrong with it then she was rude to me said I’m so sorry it’s not up to your standards I was like how is clean not a standard wouldn’t give me my money back so I was stuck and when I went to get my stuff out of my car their was a man leaning on my car and he had his stuff thrown in the hood of my car so I felt unsafe as well very disappointed the pictures they gave kn the web sight are not of this hotel even though it says it is it’s not very misleading I will never go to another sleep inn and suites in my life or anything affiliated with them I really think I need some of my money back I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies and clean it myself . after paying 849.00 you think it would have been clean . I would add the pictures but no place to do so but I will be contacting corporate not that it will do any good they really need to clean up the concord mills hotel it’s bad.
