I booked this hotel because I needed somewhere to stay overnight. This hotel would not refund my Money nor did they work with me as it related to check-in. I tried to contact them several times, and so did Hotels.com, and no response. They refused my refund although I didn't stay because they didn't hold my room.
I made the reservation on Friday night as I was in my way into Charlotte. Got a call at 7 which I missed because I was in the mountains to tell me that the front desk is not open after 7. Got to the property at 11 to find them closed. I can't get a refund because Expedia can't reach anyone in the office. This is ridiculous. I need my money back.
