Room was listed as wheelchair accessible. I drove 3 hours for a 2 night stay just to find out it wasnât. The doorway wasnât wide enough to get into bathroom by any ADA standards. I was nice about it and asked for a refund after looking into a couple other rooms. They said they refunded and I went on my way. I saw a refund attempt and an odd number of charges on my account but gave it a few days to see if it cleared up after MLK day, a banking holiday. Now I have THREE charges $120+ and no refund. The hotel number says they donât deal with refunds then proceed to give me a number that is supposed to but my hotels.com doesnât have a reservation number that matches that format. Technically I shouldnât be allowed to review since I donât stay but since they have about $400 of my money without providing any benefit to me, here we are.
