I felt like I was in a high-class Manhattan condo staying in this studio loft. It was impeccably clean with lots of windows, easy-to-use blinds, modern sleek decor, and top-of-the-line appliances including a full size washer & dryer. The mattress was firm; the sheets were super soft. Roomy shower with a fancy shower head and GREAT water pressure. We were in Charlotte for an event at the Convention Center and my husband walked there (although I took an Uber for just 5-9.) Be prepared for a few stairs as there are about 40 steps to the 2nd floor. There are 2 stairwells, be sure to use the one that’s closest to the street. The host responds quickly with directions or to answer any questions. The condo is well-stocked - but if you need anything, a convenience store is a 5-minute walk around the block. We highly recommend this place!
From the parking lot go through the courtyard to the stairwell closest to the street (Alexander St.)

The host was very quick with his responses. The one day I flew in, it decided to have a cold weather warning so everything was closed. Thankfully this accommodation had everything I needed for a cozy night in.

I LOVED this stay!! Super clean, modern, simple, and perfect walkable location for an event I was attending at the Convention Center. I was a bit stumped by how to access a key, but upon messaging the owner, I heard back quickly and figured it out. The only bump was that there wasn’t a hairdryer, or at least I couldn’t find one. But I was able to get access to one, so crisis averted. Lovely property, and I would definitely stay here again!!
