I had a great experience from check-in to entering my room. The hotel must have had a renovation since the last time I stayed there. I was very pleased with everything in the room. I will be back.

The hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy but they refused to honor that, even though I cancelled my last night more than48 hours in advance. I was told by the desk that they could not refund me, it would have to be the manager. The manager was not in when I checked out. He was supposed to be in on Monday. I called three days in succession and he “wasn’t in”. I left a voice mail on his direct line and he never returned the call. It was always our go-to accommodation in Charlottetown but next time we will stay next door at Rodds.

Comfortable bed. There was a sticky stuff in the floor next to our bed, I just asked to clean while we were out. When we come back it was the same, still sticky. But they made the bed and cleaned the room nice. If your neighbor is noisy, you could hear it. Our room was 141, the building in the back. Basic breakfast. For the price, it’s great place to stay.

Check in was easy and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed SO comfortable. The food at the pub was excellent and our server was so relaxed and fun! Fresh towels on the second day was a lovely surprise - and breakfast was great - ready as promised at 6am. Only way it could have been better would have been items to make it more portable as we had to be on the road asap. But we managed!

Good value with hearty breakfast!

A pleasant stay at an economy price - simple yet comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The room was equipped with essential at the minibar. The bathroom has no clothes hooks for towels, conditioner shampoo was provided for hair and soap bar for showering instead of bath gel. The free breakfast was warm and hearty - for the three of us to start off the day. Good value for a short stay!
