It was a quick and efficient check-in. Courteous and pleasant employees at the front desk. Lobby area was neat and decorated for the up-coming season. Elevators ran quickly. Breakfast had many options. Hot and cold items, fruit, various breads. Room was big, clean, wifi quick, great tv, spacious bathroom. Walls upon entering the room needed to be fixed with putty and painted as it was pucked with numerous holes. Another wall near the sofa with similar circumstances but it didn't interfere with our stay.

We had an accessible room on the 6th floor that was clean, however, a sign in the elevator said all elevators shut down in case of fire, so I’m wondering why they would put an accessible room up 6 flights of stairs ??? Basically, a person who had mobility issues could be trapped in the 6th floor !! Wonder who thought that was a good idea?

The room was ok. There was mildew around the tub. A stain on the sofa and the beds were broken.. well one of the beds. My little boy couldn't move on it without it rattling. The pool was clean in the evening but not the next morning. Breakfast was good. Dispute these down falls we had a good time.the

Wonderful service and great property. Only ask would be is some more plant based breakfast options, but otherwise, amazing hotel and people. Ryan and Amrit were awesome!!

The reason for my overall property rating and cleanliness as poor is in direct reflection of our bed comforter having a small (blood smear?) stain on it. We saw this and decided to not make a fuss and just swap it out with the spare blanket provided in the room. We then turned the bed down and found what appeared to be a large wettish oily looking mark (personal lubricant?). We brought this to the attention of the front desk, but due to our checking in later, all their cleaning staff had left for the night. They did bring us fresh linen to change out our own bed, which we were not bothered by. Upon check out we spoke with the hotel management requesting some measure of small reimbursement due to this negative experience. We were provided with a dissatisfying verbal apology for the inconvenience, told there was nothing they could do as we had booked through Expedia and sent us on our way. If our issue was with the check in process we would agree, but it unreasonable to hold Expedia accountable for the cleanliness of the hotels bedding.
