Escape to the serene countryside this winter in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath rustic cottage on 93 acres in southeast Tennessee. Perfect for families or groups, this peaceful retreat invites you to enjoy the crisp air, gather around the table for warm, cozy meals, and savor simple moments together. Here, time slows, landscapes glisten, and memories are made. Your Tennessee escape is waiting—come for the season, stay for the peace. The house is holiday-ready, with decor for Christmas.

Two bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, while the third offers a twin bed—ideal for kids or solo travelers.

The welcoming living area is perfect for unwinding, with a large TV and a collection of board games for cozy evenings in. Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen (no dishwasher), stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them in the quaint dining area with seating for five.

For extra fun, the attached garage has been converted into a family game room with foosball, ping pong, and more.

Outside, relax on the large front porch, fire up the grill, or gather around the fire pit for starlit nights. Surrounded by 93 acres of serene countryside and a relaxed, uncrowded setting, this home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and simple comfort.

Nice place to stay while in town visiting our son. Very quiet in the country yet not too far from Cleveland, Chattanooga and Ocoee. We had fun playing archery, ping pong and basketball. I lived on the front porch, a place to dine, grill, rock and swing.

Cozy and clean! Kids enjoyed playing with all the games in garage and playing outside. The animals were a nice bonus! My daughter was competing at the tristate exhibition center so this was a convenient place to stay with only a 20 minute drive to the facility. Will book again if we get the chance!!

Outstanding!

This property is easy to get to. All of the roads are good paved roads all the way to the property and good roads to the rentals. The rentals are spread out over the 93 acre farm so you are not close to anyone else.Everyone is so friendly and helpful!We loved it and will be back soon!!!

Family Time

The Farmhouse Cottage with Family Game room is a quiet getaway space, with easy driving access to Chattanooga. The front porch swing and rocking chairs with a lovely view are part of the relaxation and refreshment opportunity. The Game room is fun. The living space was delightfully decorated for Christmas. Our group of four enjoyed eating together at the dining room table, and sitting around the living room and chatting. We had a wonderful gathering.

It was very peaceful and relaxing sitting outside in the evening. Saw deer in the distance and the horses were out in the back. Just wish there was walk-in showers due to having knee surgery a few months ago was hard to get in the tub. Had all the appliances and dishes you would need. Needs a new grill though. But overall a great place

Nice relaxing home. We found we wanted to be here more than going site seeing. The whole family enjoyed the game room! The is away from everything but DOES get delivery :) we didn’t have time to see the animals but would recommend staying here

We were in town for a ball tournament for the week and found this home to be the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. Home was clean and was as described in listing. Very peaceful. Will definitely stay here again should we be back in town. Owner very responsive to answer any questions.

Lovely property

The home was very welcoming, clean and provided everything we needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the property, petting the goats, horse and seeing many wild turkey roaming the area. It was quiet and peaceful and would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Only minor issues like sink faucet in master bathroom would leak from the handle in certain positions when used, also the cold water valve in the master bathroom had very low water pressure when fully open making it more difficult to get the desired water temp for showers. There was some dog poop in the yard right off the porch. We couldn't find a dart board either.

We loved and appreciated this place very much. However, the only issue was that the cold water doesn't really work in the master bathroom shower. Offsetting the hot water with the cold water was challenging, and in order to do so the hot water flow had to be shut off so much the shower faucet just trickled. Repairing the cold water valve would solve this.

Overall good, not enough toilet paper (LOL), kitchen light went out (last day there). Lawn could have been mowed before we checked in. These are the only very little issues we had, nothing major and didn't put a dent in our fun. Nice and quiet area.

Pride in ownership

We loved our stay here and needed nothing as the home was furnished and supplied with everything needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We'll be in the area several times in the future and would love to stay here again. Owners are very responsive, made check-in/out super easy, had detailed information readily available, and were very accommodating. Price point is perfect and affordable.

Family get together

The main reason we booked this house was due to their pet allowance. And it really worked out great. There was plenty to do at the house. We enjoyed ping-pong, archery, and cornhole. A nice quiet area yet not too far from the airport. With a large group it was nice to have a front porch to sit out on. And of course the guys always love having a fire in the fire pit!
