The resort is aging and could use a serious update. The sink in our room was completely cracked, didn’t get hot water in our shower (it’s a Hot Spring, how hard could that be?), and it took more than an hour to check in. Restaurants here are mediocre at best.

We went here lobby so cold no heat . Went to the fine dining resurant the hot water inn bathroom not working have videos and they had heater small on in resurant due to poor heating conditions. Also second day elevators both not working I would never go back here again

We had problems for checking and check out was another disaster, with 2 seniors and one kids and operated knee we had to come down 6 floors by stairs because hotel elevator was not working and the bill boy got 30$ and carried 2 badges and was really rude

Old, but good
We stayed in the cottage building, which was old and had a slight odd smell upon check-in. However, the room featured good ventilation and a fan, and was clean. Overall, the experience was positive. The price is high for what is offered, but this is the only location to enjoy the hot spring.
