The villa is just a few minutes drive from the beautiful quiet Layan Beach where you can have lunch at the local Thai restaurant whilst taking in the views over the Andaman Sea.

KITCHEN
Large fully equipped western kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob, American fridge freezer, coffee machine and island with seating. A large range of utensils, saucepans, cutlery, crockery, glasses and smaller appliances are provided.

LOUNGE AND DINING
The open plan lounge and dining area has two sofas, chair, flat screen Smart TV, table and chairs seating 12 people. Doors open onto the huge undercover terrace with further seating, day bed and a dining table for 8 people. There is also a cloakroom.

The villa has integrated air conditioning throughout and wifi internet. The estate also has a communal pool, tennis court and 24 hour security.

We have two baby cots with linen, 2 high chairs, plates and cutlery for children.

The quoted rental rate is inclusive of all Tax, VAT, water, unlimited high speed WIFI, daily maid service, breakfast service (ingredients extra), all bed linen, bath and swimming towels, toiletries and complimentary welcome pack on arrival. Electric is included up to 600 units per day, additional units will be charged at 5.5 THB per unit.

We can arrange private airport transfers at a cost of 1000 THB each way which includes a complimentary supermarket/24 hr minimart stop on the way to the villa. Minivans hold 10 to 13 guests only, a luggage van will cost 800 THB each way.

Thai or Western Cooks can be provided for lunch and dinner. Cost starts from 2,000 THB for their service which included, buying, preparing and serving. Ingredients are an extra cost and we have Breakfast, Thai, BBQ and Western menus to choose from. We advise booking early during high season.

In villa massages and child minding can be arranged.
