The rooms here are always amazingly clean and comfortable. I abhor laying in another that isn’t mine, but can attest that this hotel is what hotel stays are meant to be; comfort and luxury away from home. Also, the restaurant is wonderful with an excellent and expansive drink selection.

We have stayed here before and it was a wonderful stay then but this time was even better! No complaints! Everyone was nice and the hotel was beautiful and clean from our first step into the lobby and all the way to and inside our room. This hotel goes above and beyond and the bars and restaurant attached are top notch! We are already planning a trip to come back. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Rooms were clean and updated. Great hotel staff. We were able to communicate with the front desk via text message which was super convenient and we even got an early check-in because our room was ready. Spendy hotel and I couldn't determine whether it was the people above us or beside us that were so loud it took quite a while to go to sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the only thing worse than that uncomfortable mattress was the pillows. I did immediately wake up the next morning and book an appointment for that afternoon with my chiropractor. We may have stayed at the hotel here and there in the future, but the inability to sleep due to the comfort of the amenities will keep me away from this hotel in the future. I wish the loudness and uncomfortable bed/pillows wasn't a thing. The restaurant started strong when we ordered drinks but then it was all downhill from the cheeseboard. How do you not WOW!!!! somebody with a cheeseboard? They are so easy and it's a total display of creativity and Choppins fizzled out from there. Lighting upon arrival was also too bright but when asked, they remedied that immediately.

The room was delightful with so many thoughtful amenities. Even the in room coffee was the best! Every person we interacted with was gracious and friendly, with the front desk unbelievably accommodating. We attended a cocktail mixing experience at the Knowledge bar with Kelsey and a really great group of attendees. Food and cocktails at Coppins was very good. Great experience.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at for many reasons. Location and great rooms! Great staff! A little bit of noise issues at night because it's a younger crowd. But worth it!
