Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests). Local Guests Policy: Guests with a primary residence within 50 km of the property will not be accommodated and their reservations will be canceled. Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay applies. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
