Gather family and friends for your special occasions in this charming home where modern meets rustic design. An open concept flows through the living room to the dining room to the kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. The well-stocked and equipped kitchen invites you to serve snacks or create a great meal.
Walk to Lee University and the quaint Downtown area restaurants and shops
Minutes from wedding venues and various conferences.
We love hosting Lee University's parents and guests.
The bright open space mixes a craftsman home with new modern touches since renovating in 12/2019. This included new kitchen cabinets, appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, large farm sink, microwave, and fridge. Refurbished original shiplap walls and ceilings. A king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds allow you to spread out for privacy. Enjoy High-speed internet, Netflix, Prime, and other movie and TV options while sitting in front of the electric fireplace.
Have a seat in a rocker on the front porch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a nightcap in the evening.

Very clean and cozy. Feels just like home. It had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. We were in town for Lee University move-in. Very nice neighborhood with walkable streets. Very close to Lee University campus. It should be noted that the master bath no longer has the spa tub as listed. There is a big walk-in shower. Not an issue for us but future guests may want a heads up.

Our Son's Wedding in Cleveland, Tennessee

We spent 3 nights in Cleveland for my son's wedding weekend. He stayed with us at the Highland Gold Gather house. The layout of the house was wonderful and the bedroom configurations worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen was unexpectedly well-eqipped and the bathrooms fully stocked with necessities. The location has off-street parking enough for 2 trucks and is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The location for a Cleveland wedding was ideal - close to the Inman Social Club for a fantastic rehearsal dinner, the Lee University Chapel for the ceremony and the Weaver's Room at the old Woolen Mill for the reception.Our host was excellent at communication with us and always cheerfully responded to my questions and concerns. We had a wonderful stay.

This home was stunning with the updates. I loved how clean and spacious it was for my family. It has been a rare occurrence for me to be satisfied with the cleanliness of a vacation rental, but this met the bill!

Beautiful home away from home!

This was our favorite VRBO stay out of all of our vacations! This home is beautiful, well-stocked, and clean. The hosts communicated regularly and replied to questions quickly. Check in and check out were easy. The home is conveniently located. Thank you for a great experience!

Great place for families

My husband and I stayed with our three children, and it was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the location which made it easy to shop, bowl, go to the movies. The kids loved Deer Park which we could walk to just a block away. Joyce responded quickly when we reached out to her and was very kind! She has all of the basics you need, such as shampoo, body wash, pots and pans, dishwasher pods, etc. The home was very cozy and clean. The property details do need to be updated as there is no jetted tub in the home even though it still shows one in the photos. We would highly recommend this home!

Thanksgiving in Cleveland

Our family of five fit comfortably in this quaint home. The location was perfect in its proximity to Bonlife coffee! But seriously its central location is perfect. We were able to enjoy visiting family in town and still pull away for our family time. Perfect kitchen; nice laundry; great bathrooms!

This was my first VRBO and it was great. We traveled to Tennessee for my elderly parents birthdays to visit family. We each had our own bedroom which gave us our space. The house itself was super clean in a cute residential area very close to the historic district and easy access to the highway if we travel again to Tennessee, I will definitely be staying again in this cute little house, Joyce was very easily accessible via messaging. And answered all of my questions no matter how small they were in a very timely manner.

Warm welcome to a beautiful home

We arrived late at night, the porch light was on and lights were on inside the house. The yellow door made the house easy to spot. We had clear instructions to follow for unlocking the front door. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. The home is very clean and well supplied. The homeowner responds quickly to email. Overall a great experience!!

Howe Farm wedding

A group of us were looking for a place to stay a couple of nights to visit in Cleveland as well as attend a wedding at Howe Farm. This house was perfect! Beautiful neighborhood, close to shopping & restaurants, and a not so bad drive to wedding venue. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and the hosts were available for questions. 5 stars!

Home is just the way it is pictured. The decor is tasteful, is very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Bedrooms and bathrooms are small in this old house that has had a very cute makeover. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves back in the Cleveland area.

Wonderful quaint house

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. This older home has been updated nicely but retains its old time character and charm. The open floor plan is helpful and with 3 ample sized bedrooms, 2 full baths and a stackable washer and dryer, this home has all the comforts of home.

Such a charming little house

The house is everything it looks like in the photos. Absolutely adorable and charming as can be. Joyce was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we could need as well as a very in depth write up on where to eat and even her favorite things from each place. The location was perfect and this was one of the first times the listing was exactly what the great photos had advertised. We would 100% recommend staying.
