The breakfast staff the front desk staff and the transportation staff were excellent! However, the only drawback was room 326 room door would not close on its own after opening the door coming and going had to pull it or push it hard in order to close it. Other than that, I stay there again.

First, there is not enough parking spots for everyone. Too many rooms and not enough parking spaces. Went to a concert two nights in a row, got back at 2am and garage was full both nights. So they said to park on the street (not a good idea in Cleveland in middle of the night). So had to pay $30 to park in someone else’s parking lot and had to walk to hotel AT 2AM….IN CLEVELAND! Toilet only would flush occasionally and lights on our room only worked occasionally. Would avoid staying here unless it’s the only thing available.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just five minutes from Case Western and all of the fabulous museums in the area. The staff were helpful and efficient. I appreciated the large size of the hotel rooms, with all of the needed amenities (including a kitchen with everything one might need for cooking) and a spacious bathroom. The room was reasonably clean, though the floor had not been vacuumed thoroughly, there was a blood stain on the comforter, the drawers in the dresser unit were dirty, and the shower floor would have benefited from scrubbing.

There is no garbage bags. they dont wash the dishes. The front desk specifically the big lady wont extend my stay claiming they have no rooms available but online there are plenty of rooms available on the day I wanted to extend. The same fat lady was telling me to respond good morning to the porter who mans the luggage which is inappropriate. I told her I already said hello when he come out behind the reception . The big bruiser should not be working on the front desk, she comes out rough on the edges and unprofessional for a Marriot branch.

Frustrated visitor

Reservation was for 3 adults. Room came with 2 bath towels and no bedding fir the pull out sofa. Based on the reservation, we shouldn't have to ask for at least 1 additional towel and bedding.

Lovely breakfast spread, rooms were very clean and thoughtfully designed. We stayed while visiting Case Western, so location was perfect -- within walking distance. Front staff was awesome, when they didn't have the original room booked, they upgraded and gave us 2 connecting rooms!
