First time to Cocoa Village. Very nice little town, walkable from the apartment. The apartment was well appointed. The furnishings and supplies were perfect, seemed that they thought of everything. The neighborhood was very nice, less than 1/2 mile walk to downtown Cocoa Village.
A few things to mention: There are 2 houses next door that are boarded up. Kind of creepy, wasn't sure what to think about that. Everywhere else in the area was fine, but worthy of mention. The apartment also needed a good dusting- the tables, lamps, etc., were quite dusty. I had to dust off the nightstands, you could actually write in the dust... Otherwise counters, bath, floors, etc., were clean. Finally, we tried to contact the property manager when the battery on the door lock was dying. We were not able to reach them by phone, then messaged them and never heard back at all - ever. We were concerned about being locked out if it died completely. I googled it and resolved it temporarilty on my own but not hearing back from them in any way for 2 days was a concern.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We'd stay there again if in the area.
