Staff friendly and pleasant. Balcony was facing blocks of towering buildings, thought from the advertisement might get good view. Was disappointing. Advertised with sea view, ended with concrete jungle. Very misleading. Balcony was very small and not cleaned. Very limited supply of tea bags and milk ect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel MANDARINA...The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, the breakfast  and dinner buffet was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the major shopping Malls and Hospitals. We would definitely stay here again."
