Starting from the front door, this charming single-story blue bungalow opens into a spacious, serene living area thatâs perfect for gathering together for movie nights. Enjoy watching the wall-mounted TV from one of TWO reclining leather sofas. Put your feet up. Ahhhh, home sweet home! A large window lets in plenty of uplifting daylight and overlooks your very private front yard.
A doorway leads from the living room into a big eat-in kitchen thatâs outfitted with full-size appliances, granite countertops, plenty of bright white cabinetry, and a dining table for 6. Youâll find everything you need for meal prep with convenience and ease, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a range with oven and cooktop. We havenât forgotten your coffee maker, cooking utensils, a fully stocked spice rack, and even a set of chefâs knives for serious cooking!
Adjacent to the kitchen, youâll find a full bath with a shower stall and LOTS of storage space. In addition to storage beneath the sink vanity and in the large mirrored medicine cabinet, youâll find a separate countertop with cabinets above and below. Plenty of room for everybodyâs toiletries! An anteroom just outside the bath is home to a full-size washer and dryer.
All three bedrooms in this home have been decorated with restful simplicity, using shades of blue and dove gray that promote relaxation.
