Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

My family and I stayed at this property in May 2026. We were so busy on our trip exploring Colorado that we did not have time to enjoy the game room or the hot tub/patio area, but it was nice knowing that those things were available to us if we had the time. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The view from the dining area of Pikes Peak was incredible. The house is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood and it was just a short drive to stores and restaurants. I appreciated the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived after a long travel day. I would definitely stay at this home again!

It was one of the most cleanest places that we had stayed. Chad was amazing through out the entire time. I usually have to take everything with me but I was so impressed that he provided it all! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We hope to stay again

We had a great time and Chad was fantastic. The home was perfect for our family. The size and amenities were really nice. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was appointed. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Colorado Springs.

Chad was the best host. We have stayed at plenty of vacation rentals but this was by far the best experience we have had. Chad was very welcoming and accommodating. The house itself was cute, and very well kept. Everything worked and was clean. There was a welcome book in the kitchen with suggested places to visit and eat. Would definitely recommend booking this house if you're planning a visit to this area.

Everything was fantastic! The host was so kind and caring. It’s a large, very clean home, with great amenities, and the beds were so comfortable. We slept so well! We would highly recommend this place, and we will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

This place is everything we expected! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and our pups. The large kitchen area is great! We loved hanging out in the den watching movies. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. House was stocked with snacks and coffee and some drinks in the fridge. Plenty of spices and condiments as well. The beds are super comfy too! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will book again if we are ever in the area.

The home was so inviting, the kitchen had everything needed to cook like I was at home. The bedrooms very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Living room and game room kept us entertained. We didn't get to use the hot tub but Chad had it ready just in case we needed to, and it was a beautiful tub. Overall I absolutely would stay again.

We highly recommend this property in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed the exceptionally clean home and felt right at home! The owner Chad left snacks and milk and coffee which was very much appreciated! He replied with a text anytime we had a question. There was enough space to give everyone some room to relax and yet be just around the corner. The beds and sheets and pillows were all so comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were definitely family favorites! Easy check and a fabulous stay!

Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. House was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the fact that we were offered early check in. When we walked in the house was very clean, we even had snacks, brand new orange juice, and milk that were also offered to us as well. We really enjoyed the pool table, the tv due to the sound system making it feel like we were in a movie theater at home. We mostly cooked at home too so we really enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The only thing I would say that really concerns me still is the fact that the side gate to the backyard was left open and we also had our puppy with us who luckily is very clinging and does what he has to do and just waits by the door once he done but if not he could’ve gotten out. Other than that we really did enjoy the house with our dog and we’re happy we booked here !
