Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this Palmer Lake town home has the most exquisite views. It is completely & newly renovated, everything new, including beautiful decor and appliances. Enjoy the walkability of a small town with quaint restaurants, beautiful lake, and yet just minutes from Wedding venues, I25, Colorado Springs, Garden of the gods, and USAFA. Also, because we are an end unit, you can enjoy East facing views of the lake. Perfect view for 4th of July fireworks, or the star on the mountain in December, or the many other activities through the year that Palmer Lake hosts. We look forward to having you and sharing one of our favorite places with you.

Wonderful Stay and Great Hosts

This property was fantastic and Shelly was an excellent host! The view at the property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and it was just the right amount of space for two couples. We had a small mix up when we arrived with the cleaning, but Shelly went above and beyond to handle the situation quickly and effectively. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would happily stay again.

Stay at Palmer Lake

The property was easy to find, well maintained, and in a quiet area overlooking the city. Wildlife in the area was abundant and the location provided easy access to both Denver and Colorado Springs area. Property manager was quick to respond to all messages and checked in with us upon arrival. Overall the property provided a clean and quiet stay, relaxing soaks in the hot tub at night allows for nice views of the city lights, there is no shortage of wildlife in the area to explore, and we would highly recommend staying here. For our first Colorado experience, we were throughly pleased and looking forward to our next trip. A all around!!!

We had a wonderful stay--the unit was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Tremendous views, super-comfortable beds, and the hot tub was our usual afternoon destination after exploring the area. Although there's tons to do within an hours' drive, we mostly stayed in/around Palmer Lake & Monument, with one 3/4-day-long excursion to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs (both not to be missed). We also drove up into Douglas County one evening after dinner--gorgeous scenery ... Next time hope to scale (one way or another) Pike's Peak too ... We absolutely loved our stay in this rental! Everything was as described; but even prettier! The location was fantastic, close to a lot of stores, and just a short drive from several bucket list excursions. The kitchen was perfect and ready to use for everything. We appreciated the Keurig that was stocked for several cups of coffee! We spent a lot of time on the back patio. The hot tub worked great; and we especially loved the little outside fire station and comfy furniture. We saw an array of wildlife during our stay: deer, wild turkeys, foxes, & tons of hummingbirds. My kiddos loved the box full of games and books. The bedrooms were very comfy and we liked that they were on the same level since we have small kids. Palmer Lake is a beautiful small town. We would happily come stay again (& again)!

Outstanding Host, Excellent Accommodations & Amenities

Shelly was an amazing host. She was prompt in all communications. This condo sits above all other homes in the area overlooking the front range and Palmer Lake. Our family lived in Colorado Springs for 6 years and we came for a family reunion in Monument. As we drove the roads or walked in Palmer Lake, many people waved to our family with a smile. Love the two stories with bedrooms below. The private garage was excellent to park our X7BMW with plenty of space. Everything was top notch, including shower, two bathrooms, kitchen with filtered water, strong internet connection, heater, even a window air conditioner. Another thing that set Shelly's place apart was the abundant paper products that didn't run out for the five days we were there! Small things but really meaningful. Thank you shelly. We had a great time with 50 relatives and will be sure to come back next year. Blessings to you and your family.

fun family getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons for an entire week. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The view from inside is amazing and the setting was peaceful. We hiked up behind the condo to see even more, including incredible sunrises. We cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen was stocked with necessary tools. Shelly was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. Very close to downtown Palmer Lake's great restaurants and the New Santa Fe Trail - walkable if you can manage pretty steep roads. Overall, we had a wonderful week, and will definitely consider staying here again when we come back to the area.

Perfection

I got married at Spruce Mountain Ranch. I had myself and my bridesmaids sleep here the night before and we got ready at the house before going to the venue. The location was on point and easy to get to. Not to mention the views are incredible. The host was wonderful and left a cute card and bottle of wine. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome stay for wedding in town
