The property was well kept and beautiful. Nice clean rooms. Also, I have to mention the young lady working the front desk was exceptional at her job. Her hospitality was outstanding. Thank you Tia for your kindness, and welcoming attitude.
The biggest complaint was the don't do regular service. You call and ask for service. On our fourth day we requested service and when we got back to our room that evening there was no door seeing that they would not be offering service the next day because of it being January 1st. But they never change out the towels, empty the trash or add a new toilet paper which is all we requested. What was bad is it was the manager that wrote down a room number and the services needed. All in all it was a good stay other than we had to go get our own towels and toilet paper and luckily we had trash bags so we just backed up all the trash and stuck it in the corner.
