My wife and I stayed one night here on the way to Denver. This was the last night of our trip. Our room wasn't ready until 2 hours after our scheduled check in time, the door handle to our room was broken, the sink drain was permanently stuck closed, hair in the sheets and on towels, food crumbs on table, and handprints on headboard. Felt gross in the room, stayed out as long as possible and only slept a few hours. Location is convenient, but there are several other hotel options on the same street, go with one of those.

The stay was great. The only thing was the cleanliness of the floors. The carpet in my room had stains. The bathroom floor, in the corners by the tub, were caked with dirt. The elevator floors were pretty dirty too.

Not the cleanest. Almost nothing was available at breakfast when we went at 7:15. I suspect the breakfast person arrived late and the hotel was fully booked.

The hotel was out of toilet paper! The hairdryer started smoking. We took it to the front desk and they didn't have an extra. The shampoo and conditioner in the room was used. The TV worked but there is something wrong with it. The mini fridge froze all our food. They ran out of coffee both days shortly after breakfast started.

General cleaning and maintenance of the property was not good. all the garbage cans and ash trays were full (especially outside). we had bad tummys mid afternoon after we ate eggs and sausage that morning.

Very dirty. The building needs remodeled it looks like it’s falling apart. The whole reason I booked the hotel was for the pool and when I get there the pool isn’t working. I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund because the pool is just an amenity. I should have been told before hand that the pool wasn’t working. They ran out of most of their breakfast items. No butter no forks no eggs. Not the best hotel. The staff was mostly friendly but very disorganized and never at the front desk you had to walk to the back to get them to help you. Very unprofessional

Staff were very friendly, but were not able to solve any of the issues we had. Remote for tv did not work. On the last day they ran out of milk and butter 1 hour into breakfast, which shows poor planning and problem solving skills. I asked to talk to a manager, waited around 40m no one showed up. It is close to a target, near restaurants.

The pool was still closed and I wasn’t told until after I had already checked in. The tv in my room was broken and the floors were really gross. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was yummy

I used to enjoy this hotel. But it became a huge disappointment. The rooms were dirty, holes in the carpet and stained, paint chipping off walls, missing parts to doors. The elevator was dirty and broken. The continental breakfast was horrible hardly anything there. Had to go somewhere for breakfast. On my arrival to check in after fully paying for it on line was surprised with unexpected fees. The window sill in the room was horrible and disgusting not to mention looked like it was falling apart.The staff acted like they didn't want to be there. I will never stay at this property again.
