The property was great, especially for the price. Very easy walk to Broadmoor Arena. The elevator could use an update, but overall there was new carpeting, very comfortable beds and great breakfast. We'll definitely stay there again.

I had a first floor room. While the door was a bit difficult to open due to the handle needing to be fixed it was an excellent stay. And i figured with the door handle being the way it was, was just extra security for me. The room was clean, and well arranged. The king bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The whole room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. It was a quiet peaceful stay.

Appliances and elevators were old and did not work well. Maintenace was done poorly and made the hotel appear cheap. Also, I wish they would have advertised the strict no vaping policy when I booked- I would have booked at a hotel that had a balcony.
