parking is off one of the busier streets in town, there's a heavy homeless presence in the area* not all of them are friendly...
The weekend I stayed at the residence wasn't the warmest. The only air circulation came from what appeared to be a cooling unit with a good size square opening at the top which allowed cool air too circulate, needless to say the room was a bit cool.

Found medical needles under the bed. Burn holes in pillow cases and bed sheets. Bathroom was smelly. Floor was covered in hair and dirt. Tv didn't have any channels. Only two "pillows" per bed and they weren't even full pillows, they were more like rolled up blankets in a pillowcase. Place smelled like smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. I wouldn't even call it a hotel, it was a motel and not even the bottom line standard of cleanliness or comfort. Left after a couple hours because we were felt unsafe and uncomfortable there.
