Outstanding stay at this top-notch property! It has it all. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Great location. Best stocked kitchens (primary and lower level game room) we've ever seen in a short-term rental. Superior household and pantry items, appliances, silverware, dishes and glassware. Sparkling clean throughtout. Comfortable beds. Quality bedding, pillows and towels. Dave, our host, was fantastic. Very responsive. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. Highly recommended!

Super clean & well-provisioned. Beds wonderfully firm. Seven people, five days & never ran out of towels or hot water. Kitchen amply supplied for cooking. Safe neighborhood with families always out walking their dogs. Conveniently located near major roads for getting anywhere in the metro area. Loved the games and outdoor spaces (beautiful views, too!). Thankful for garage access. The spaces/layout were great. The window coverings do let in the early morning light, but that was fine by us! Communicative host. Would definitely stay there again!

Our family had an excellent time in Colorado Springs this week. This home was absolutely perfect for our family. Our 2 adult daughters and spouses and two grandsons loved the house. We all had adequate space and the owner had everything taken care of. There were plenty of towels and extra toiletries , Games books , kitchen dishes and utensils and outdoor games and seating for us all to enjoy. The house is located very close to a park so our grandsons had a great time at the park. It’s an excellent location for families that are traveling to Colorado Springs to experience all the fun there. Thank you for an excellent time and we hope to be back soon. An added plus was the nice special soaps and lotions in each bathrooms to enjoy!! Thank you

First and foremost this was a incredible home with enough room for my whole family. We thank Mr. Dave for being very responsive and timely with communication. The home has all the amenities one would need and some. We would recommend this home to future guest and you want regret the views and convenience to all surrounding attractions that Colorado has to offer. The one thing I can say is totally awesome and we will be back in the near future.

House was perfect for our family on vacation. The house is perfect. Very clean and wonderful, safe neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house everything we needed. What our family liked most was the house has multiple living areas so there was a lot of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

Vacation with Friends

We met friends in Colorado Springs for a long weekend of relaxing and sight seeing. The house was beautiful, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. It was well stocked with essentials, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The fenced in backyard and outside furniture/fire pit were great, and the view out of the front was beautiful. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit!

Absolutely perfect

This property is absolutely perfect. We were literally 4 minutes from family that were visiting for a wedding (according to my brother in law, 6 by skateboard but not recommended though due to the mountain and the one stop sign between the two locations).We had space to move around and did not feel like we were cramped and running into each other. This was perfect because we had two moody teenagers in the group.Top it off, it was 4th of July weekend and we could see fireworks (possibly from the resort??) from the back deck and we did not have to deal with the traffic afterwards!Will definitely look into this listing again for the other wedding in the family.

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this home. The location is perfect to visit Colorado Springs and Manitou. We were able to cook multiple meals without any trouble. The next time we get to come to this area we will definitely stay at this home.

Perfect house for a family vacation

What an amazing house. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Lots of room for our family. The location was perfect for the day trips that we took each day. An added bonus was all the books for our grandkids to read. We will definately look to book this house again next time we come back to Colorado.

Highly Recommend!

This house met my every expectation, and the owner was very responsive to all my questions. My family flew to Colorado Springs to have Thanksgiving with my daughter and son in law who are stationed in CS. The home was very clean and up to date. I was worried about cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner in a rental kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and more! The owner thought of everything a renter could want/need and supplied it. I would recommend this rental and owner to anyone wanting a quality rental and hassle-free experience.
