Arrived at the property late. Staff was friendly, however, AFTER check-in I was informed that their Wi-Fi was down and not available. I was never informed of this ahead of time and had to cancel my check-in and find another property at 10 pm after a very long travel day.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel itself had a few issues. The door handle on my room was jiggly and it took some effort to wiggle the door handle to open the door, The coffee maker in the room didn't work. I reported it to the desk and they sent up a replacement, but the replacement was missing a piece. The sausage and eggs on the breakfast buffet were very dry, but the coffee was good and there was yogurt and fresh fruit that was refreshing.
