This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the comfort and everything you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip: clean spaces, comfortable beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every room, a laundry room, and a nice backyard with comfortable patio dining, a relaxing hot tub, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a playground for the younger guests and absolutely beautiful night views!

The property was clean, nice, open, bright and in a nice established neighborhood. The host communicated excellently and provided the nice extra “little” things to help our stay be so easy such as extra towels, young child things, toiletries, and brochures to local attractions, etc. The full kitchen, washer/dryer and backyard area with hot tub were great after a long day of vacationing. Our family was extremely pleased and appreciative!!

This property was excellent for our family gathering. We had 4 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of space for us all. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and there was a lovely park a short walk away. The back yard was perfect for cooking and eating outside. The hot tub was clean and hot, very enjoyable. We would stay again.

It was beautiful, clean. Kristina was amazing. The only down fall was it was upstairs and we are all over 60 but we made it work just fine. I would definitely recommend getting this home for your vacation

Beautiful home in a perfect area. There’s lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The host is super nice and clearly explains the rules u need to follow. Super reasonable rules, that were easy to follow. The hot tub was great, we just went when it was cold out so u can imagine us getting out of it haha 10/10 recommend this spot if ur staying in Colorado Springs!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood & close to lots of attractions. The house is lovely and very clean, well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 8. Kristina was a great host and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Tons of amenities from the hot tub, swing set, Keurig coffee maker with pods, TV’s in every room, laundry soap, pack n play for the toddler
 I could go on & on. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town, highly recommended.

The property was very clean, had extra towels, pillows, linens, box fans. Beds were comfortable. Amazing bathtub! Hot tub was great. Close to the movies, restaurants, and Walmart. Hosts were available and very responsive. I will definitely stay again.

Extremely clean property and the owner was very accommodating considering our last minute booking. House instructions were clear and easy to follow. TV's are all signed into premier streaming services like Netflix and Youtube TV. I was able to work remotely with a fast Internet connection & especially enjoyed the clean hot tub afterwards.Great view into the city, directly facing the airport & Space Force Base. About 15-20 minute drive to the base. Kitchen was very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood above the city line.

This house is in the perfect location, clean, safe and the hostess Kristina is wonderful. We stay in lots of VRBO and the service is the best. This was a beautiful home and the cleanest I've ever stayed! Kristina went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed.The extras were a blessing. We didn't have to buy paper towels, toliet paper, dish soap, etc. Everything was very well stocked. The home was in a nice location and centrally located to all the things we were doing. The house was very spacious and clean. Communication with the property manager was very good. The kitchen was filled with plenty of appliances which made it feel like our home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The towels and washcloths in the bathrooms looked like they were very new. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were surprised with the amount of wildlife in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again if we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

Plan to stay again! The rental was clean and Kristina was very easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure a larger crockpot was at the house before our stay once I inquired. Location was great and easy to get to location such as the Zoo, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Stayed with some extended family and we all agreed we would return to the property in future visits.

Excellent stay!

The house was perfect for a group stay. Plenty of room to spread out, so clean and had everything we needed. Love the open kitchen/dining/living room combo for getting together. Extra living room nice for a larger group, but we didn't really use it as we enjoyed visiting together in the main area. Bedrooms spacious and loved having 2 sinks in the adjoining bathrooms. Having the downstairs half bath was very convenient as was the laundry between the bedrooms. Perfect home for a vacation stay. We look forward to returning with more of our family and friends! Thank you to our wonderful host Kristina who stayed in touch at every message preparing for our trip and while we were there. Absolutely wonderful experience!

The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience. Kristina was fantastic. She responded to us in timely manner with any questions we might have had. She is a graceful host. The check in process was seamless.We were there for my son's commissioning and graduation at the USAF Academy.
