The bed is a little hard for me but a very clean room with extra space to move around in. I even have a big chair to sit in. It is right across from the outlet mall at edinburgh and plenty of restaurants if you want to just walk to them. Price is a plus. Even has a pool and breakfast.

Decent stay. Room was clean and inexpensive, hotel was in nice location. Breakfast was adequate. Pool area was messy with wet towels, etc. Lots of kids swimming due to wrestling tourney in town. Work out room should not be advertised. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Management was nice but listening to housekeeping yelling and coughing the at 9am wasn't the best way to wake up. Unfortunately we left a day early and lost a day. Looked like handprints on the backboard of the bed, among a few other issues. Wouldn't recommend. We left and went to a different hotel close by.

Not bad for the money.

There were coffee splatters on wall near coffee maker in our room. We don’t drink coffee so it wasn’t from us. There looked like mold on the wall by tub near floor under towel rack. Windows not sealed very well. It was very windy and curtains were blowing from winds. Besides building being old, place was very clean. Kitchen area was constantly being wiped down and floors mopped.

Its nice since its close to the outlet mall but its more for truckers or construction workers to stay. The bed was so hard and outdated. Sheets had holes, the mattress cover had stains. The pillows were used so many time that it was flat when u laid your head on it. There were crumbs, dirt and dust behind the mattress on the bed frame. Every corners had dirst or dust, cobb webbs up in ceiling. I myself house clean and the person who clean those rooms are not doing their job or taking it seriously. The staff at the front desk are very nice and friendly. No sleep for 3 nights cuz of mattress being hatd and knowing how dirty the room is. The money i paid wasnt worth it and wont be back til everything is updated and hired a better cleaner that cares about the people and company. But the waffle maker was the best of all. The lady that cleans where the lobby is, she does really good job keeping it clean.

Very friendly employees, comfortable room, decent breakfast, and great location with several restaurants within a 3 minute walk. My only complaint is the rooms must have very thin walls as the noise level was higher than other places I have stayed.

This is an older hotel with no elevator. The room with 2 Queen beds was comfortable & clean. The room has a small bathroom @ a microwave with a 30 min dial. The staff is nice & Saturday breakfast consisted of biscuits & gravy, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, plain bagels, muffins, waffles with toppings, juice, coffee. Nothing fancy but suited our needs to sleep overnight. Outlet mall is right across the hotel.
