Pet-Friendly 6-Bedroom Peaceful Farm

With ten beds across six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, The Farm is perfect for extended family, friends, or events. Old McDonald himself could fit all his friends with room to spare.

The Farm is the only space to bring everyone together in one room. Twelve people fit around the living room fireplace on one couch and at the dining table. When it’s time to go separate ways, the home has fiber internet, five TVs with satellite, DVD players with movies (each main bedroom has a TV), a hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, stocked fishing pond (poles on site), fire pit, and two covered porches for relaxing.

The kitchen has prep items and appliances for your farm favorites, including a massive coffee and beverage center. The large gas/charcoal grill is covered for rainy days, and picnic tables let you take the party outside.

Each bedroom has a farm theme. The top floor has four bedrooms: Pond View (pig room, king bed, master suite); Cottonwood (king bed); Lamb room (attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom); Rolling Meadows (chicken room, queen bed). Barn Vista (cow room) has two queen beds and an attached bathroom. The main level has the primary master suite, the horse room with saddles and hats, a king bed, seating area, and private porch. The basement bedroom has a queen bed, three twin beds, and a bathroom.

Everyone can find their getaway at The Farm.

Pricing is for four people. The first floor of the king's residence includes a master bedroom and bathroom; the second floor has another king bedroom and bathroom. Other bedrooms will be locked.

5–6 guests: King bedroom 3 and bathroom (2nd floor) unlocked.
7–8 guests: King bedroom 3 and queen bedroom 4 unlocked.
9–12 guests: King bedrooms 2 & 3, queen bedroom 4, and bedroom 5 with two queens and bathroom unlocked.
13+ guests: Basement bedroom unlocked; sofa sleeper bedding in main master bedroom available.

Family Vacation

Great Place For A Large Group

The Farm worked well for our family, including younger children. There are plenty of things to do on the property: large outdoor areas to run and play, a fire pit with plenty of chairs for relaxing in the evening, outdoor picnic tables for eating and socializing around, a hot tub, a fishing pond, a basement rec area with pool and ping-pong, and a massive sectional in the TV room for indoor time together. If you plan to make meals here you won't need to bring a thing - the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, It's under 15 minutes to Nashville and Brown County State Park, so it's easy to plan a wide range of activities. If you're a nature lover you will enjoy the terrain and wildlife, including a huge range of woodland birds. The Farm is a great place!

Awesome farmhouse

There were 8 of us ladies. We stayed 4 nights. The farmhouse was more than what we imagined. There was room for all. Surprisingly, there was enough coffee supplied, toilet paper and paper towel, hand soap, towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods. It was clean and the decorating was very cute. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay for 14 plus 2 dogs!

We had a great time! Home was clean and so well stocked. Anything we needed we were able to find. Typically when we stay as a big group we run out of paper towel, trash bags towels etc, we weren’t even close. Beds were comfy, hot tub was great. Home is an easy 10 minute drive to Nashville. Thanks for the Christmas tree to add to the coziness and a great stay!

Brown County Delight

Siblings reunion 2023

My siblings and I grew up just north of Indianapolis. We spent family vacations camping, many times in Brown County or Spring Mill State Parks. So this location was chosen for nostalgia. We found that we also enjoyed Nashville and Bean Blossom. The property was lovely, and big enough so we could stay together and see more of each other. All bedrooms were large and nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the swings on the porches in the mornings, and the fire pit in the evenings.

Farmhouse Friendly...

We just arrived home from a short time stay at The Farm. We met three other couples there for our yearly get together and none of us wanted to come home. The bedroom furniture has an antique look. The bathrooms are very modern but still have that comfortable farmhouse look. The kitchen was well stocked. They even made Elvis the Yorkie feel welcome. It is very easy to highly recommend The Farm for your next outing.

Great family fun at The Farm

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I had stayed at The Farm 20+ years ago when it was a B&B, and it's just as great or BETTER now! We enjoyed the porch swing, fishing in the pond, telling stories around the firepit, and large family meals around the big farm table. We found the house to be extremely well-appointed for all of our needs. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings, we shall return!

Perfect Family Getaway Location

This was the first time we stayed at a farmhouse and not a cabin. I literally fell in love with this home and location. Every bedroom has access to its own bathroom, the living room was huge, and it was decorated perfectly. We enjoyed fishing in the pond as well. Only 10 minutes from the Nashville shops. We will be returning!

Great visit again!!

We have stayed here once before a couple of years back. Once again we were very happy with the accommodations! What a great property. Just far enough away from everything and close enough to get to most anything in 20 minutes or so. Love the grounds. Love bringing our dog and letting him enjoy nature with us as well. Would highly recommend!

I did not enjoy the price and 2 bdrs being locked as we had someone ill that the home being advertised as a 6 bdr all of those bdrs would have been available. Other than that it was lovely. That should definitely be clarified in the advertising

Niemerg brothers trip

The house was absolutely wonderful. We had 5 couples and the room was perfect. We cooked every meal at the house except one and the big dining room table was just the right size. Hot tub was well used as was the fire pit. Only 10-15 min drive to downtown Nashville. The only negatives were a couple beds were a little too soft for these old couples but we had a great weekend and would definitely stay at the house again.

Great vacation property

Great place for a large # of guests

This is a really great property if you have a large group. The downstairs bedroom could easily contain a few littles in addition to the couple. The bed is a king. Even though a fireplace is pictured giving romantic notions, it doesn’t work. Several bedrooms have private baths, and the kitchen is not only stocked, the cabinets are labeled. The hot tub was clean and there is plenty of room to spread out.
