A corner of our room smelled like cat urine, and because the hotel was full, there was nothing we could do about it. The hotel can be forgiven for needing an update, but it was filthy. The tile floors needed a cleaning, the carpets were disgusting, the pool was cloudy (my son couldn’t see his feet when standing). The staff were lovely, but that was the only highlight.

I gave 4 for cleanliness because I feel it should’ve been a bit cleaner. The base of the TV was very dusty and behind night stands. Also, if you ever go to stay there and you don’t like really high pillows, bring your own because the pillows are very high. It was hard to get to sleep because they were uncomfortable.

Great stay for our family vacation, kids loved the pool! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They did have a shortage of face cloths during our full stay, but did what they could to get us some, and the bathrooms by the pool did not seem to be cleaned at all during our stay.

The bed was comfortable and clean bit the pillows were the worst I have experienced in a hotel bed. They seemed to be just cut up chunks of foam The room seemed grubby and and in need of a refresh both in terms of cleaning and in updating the furniture. There was a wing back chair and it was stained and appeared quite dirty. Stay was only okay. Wouldny stay there again

Time to update rooms

We have stayed there many times over the years. Last night will be our last time. The level of cleanliness has really went down. It smells weird. The bathrooms are gross with dirt in the corners that’s been there for years. The walls are dirty. The carpet is scary to walk on.The hallway outside of our room smelled like mothballs The lobby is beautiful and modern. Time to update the rooms.

The room was a good size, furniture good quality, bed comfortable. TV was large enough but picture was poor, coffee machine didn’t work. Time for a renovation and a good cleaning. Won’t likely stay there again.
