Hotel hallways where in process of being painted so painters tape all around doors and floors. Pool closed on weekend even though they weren’t doing any work in it. Door to room stuck so bad that had to put shoulder into it to open. Service was poor. With no room service we requested fresh towels in the evening and we only received one. Told to return in the morning for more. Absolutely no effort from staff to remedy this. Definitely not stay there again.

The location is good. Close to downtown. What was unacceptable was that the hotel was in process of being painted. The pool was closed, there was blue painters tape everywhere as if they decided to stop the work and leave. Secondly, the door to our room was stuck so bad that I had to put a shoulder into it to open it. Lastly the service was questionable. With no room service we requested fresh towels in the evening and all they had available was one towel. We were told to return in the morning for more. This was a disappointing stay and guarantee I will not stay there again.

Nice property but we visited in the middle of renovations which were outside our door. The roadway next to the hotel is also torn up, so walking to downtown was a bit of a trick. Will stay there again, but after renovations are complete.

It was fine for a place to sleep. Just old property and no updates. Pool and spa had been closed since October by health department. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet, even being on ground floor very near entrance. Front desk staff very nice.

The guy that worked the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. We of course made a reservation during graduation weekend, and he bent over backwards for us to get early/late check-in/out. It wasn’t the cleanest, we stayed in 2 different rooms and both had some weird brown fluid on the walls and back of doors.

I had a 2 bed queen. When I showed up they had me in a 1 bed queen. Super 8 said the only way we could get double queen’s was to rebook. So we did. When we finally got a room. We went up to 205, tried the keys. They didn’t work. I went back down stairs. The front desk remade the keys. I went back upstairs. Tried the keys again. This time two twenty-something girls answered the door. They had been occupying it. The front desk gave us a room that was occupied. The spa and pool was closed by the health department. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days if not a week. There was no bathroom in the lobby. The whole process took 40-ish minutes with no bathroom. We had driven in from a 4 hour drive and needed to use the restroom. The whole hotel was dirty. With visible debris on the ground. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have their brand and name associated with such a disorganized and dirty hotel.

Marginally acceptable housing

Sheets on one bed were not clean discovered only as climbing into bed for night very upsetting. Bldg & room very outdated. Sink has no stopper. Bed blanket has old cigarette burn holes in it. Unable to open window as screen is loose. Perhaps this is a bottom of the line facility.Making me nervous about other bookings I have made for this trip. Landscaping needs TLC!

I was charged for checking in online and then i had to check in again in person so i paid online for no reason. the bathroom in my room has weird black spots on the ceiling and walls not sure if that was mold but it grossed me out. and the TV didn't work. It is one of the cheaper hotels but they are still charging too much for poor conditions

Decent hotel. Restroom are not in great condition. Ours had vinyl floors in poor condition, caulking pulling far off the bathtub, very sticky sink faucet. Bed was good and room was clean.
