For example, the bathrooms need new grout, and the edges where the toilet meets the floor are old and cracked. During my stay, I also saw a cockroach on the bathroom floor, which I believe came from under the toilet. The breakfast was continental—cereal, milk, bagels, and coffee—nothing impressive. However, for the price, it was acceptable. Out of the three employees I interacted with at the front desk, two were friendly, but one was not. He did not respond to my greetings or acknowledge my thanks for the service. "
