The cabin was beautiful! We loved the gorgeous grounds with creek, a fire pit and hot tub. Sooo relaxing! Great for my pup too! Good location to get to Gatlinburg within 40 min, and Smokey Mountains within 10 min. 2 wishes -The pots and pans could use a refresh, and exact location and cabin instructions shoupd be given more than just 20 min before check in- especially considering we were driving from FL.

Holidays in the mountains

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was a beautiful property with a creek in the back, there were other cabins around but that didn’t affect our privacy. Big area to park our 2 cars and for kids, pets to roam around. We loved that it felt secluded but we also had a Walmart 18 min away and we could get to all the main attractions in less than 40 min. We really enjoyed the fire pit , grilling and the fireplace but we didn’t get to use the hot tub. If anything could be improved I would say it would be kitchen utensils since they were pretty old and kitchen organization .Also there was no remote or cord for the fan in the king bedroom so we couldn’t turn on the light without having the fan on or vice versa. Overall a fantastic stay. !

Had a wonderful time

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful cabin, clean and we loved sitting by the creek with a fire. The hot tub wasn’t working but we made do and still enjoyed the cabin.

False advertising

I had rented a 4 bedroom cabin and ended up with a 3 bedroom cabin when I messaged them to get it straightened out they had redid the whole listing to say it was only a 3 bedroom. We had 3 couples and 2 singles so I verified at least ten times the description and that it was indeed four bedrooms before booking. It was also suppose to have a whirlpool bathtub in the master suite, which ended up only having a shower. Although the property was nice I would've preferred to get what I paid for.

No communication, broken stuff.

Property was manage by Aunt Bug cabin. Book for 1PM check. Got there at 1215PM. Was told we could not check in at that time due to house keeper not ready and gave us a refund and told us check in is at 4PM. Could have let us know so I didn't have to started driving at 4AM in the morning. So one of our activities got cancel. 4PM came still didn't get the house address or key code for the door. I had to call to find out we are still not allow in the house due to people are working on pipes down stair. No call or text to tell us, we had to call to find out the bad news. 430PM got the email with address and key code. Check in at 515PM, down stair showers does not work, no hot water. So we are stuck using one bathroom to shower 8 people. Call and text, about not enough blankets for people. Was told someone will call and bring it to us, but no one contact us again. We have 8 guests and 5 bed but only three bed have blankets. Had to go buy 2 blankets for the kids. Sink got clog, try turning on the garbage disposal and it doesn't work. Would never book anything with that company any more.
