The shared pool is located 90 meters away from the house. It is a 12 x 4 meters chlorine pool with a depth of 1.6 meters. Around the pool you can enjoy the summer weather on one of the sunbeds, sunbathe or read a book under the parasol. You will also find very well cared gardens around which lead to the house terrace. There you will find some fabulous sunbeds to sunbathe with privacy as well as a dining table for 4 people. You can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors as well as delicious barbecues, prepared in the barbecue located at the other terrace of the house. the house counts with other fantastic corners where you can enjoy natura an the summer weather. The property is fenced and, although there are neighbours nearby, the atmosphere is peaceful. Privacy is partial, but the rural setting and the charm of agritourism guarantee an authentic and relaxed stay. The house is a 45 m2 bedsitter on a single floor. It has a traditional style with all modern comforts. The space is shared by the dining room the kitchen and the bedroom, with a little wall which separes the last one. In the dining area you find a table for 2 people just by the kitchen with a gas hob and the basic equipment for your stay. The TV set includes satellite channels. The bedroom counts with two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The house has not a washing machine but the finca counts with laundry service (with an extra cost). The house counts with central heating for the winter season. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair. This beautiful house is within an ecological finca with more houses, separated between them, in an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will enjoy the well cared gardens in this amazing environment which is at the same time the starting point for sport lovers. You can have a walk along the paved roads around the property, practice nordic-walking, jogging, cycling, golf,.. You can enjoy the local gastronomy at the nearby towns and villages like Sineu, Inca, Costitx,... as well as visit their weekly street markets. Thanks to its central location, you will get to any point of the island very quickly. The nearest beaches, like playa de Muro, are 20 minutes away by car.
