It was in a great location!! 10 mins away from downtown Cincinnati. And up the road were several dining options. Target Myers etc. The property needs some upkeep!! Our chair in the room was filthy the hallway ,elevator , and stairs could use a good cleaning!!! The carpet needs a cleaning as well I did like the big parking lot and it was extremely quiet!! would I go back not sure!! Also our room was spacious but like I stated just needed some upkeep!!

Check in personnel was nice but I didn’t like the fact there s was $100 holding free honestly for what , we saw 630 breakfast on the website when we got there they told us breakfast wasn’t until 7 we had to be gone by then smh , the room was good for the one night we stayed but for the price and the hold I expected so much more . Also housekeeping please make sure your getting all the hair from a previous guest up out the room .

The 4th floor has a very bad mildewy odor. Check in and out was fast and friendly! the beds very comfortable. Pool needs cleaned but can still use. Breakfast was amazing with eggs sausage biscuits and gravy muffins waffle station and the juice was very good

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Gym area was adequate. Property was noisy during the day from the children screaming at the pool. Room was almost clean. There were some bobby pins and rubber bands on the floor still. Beds were not very comfortable with small pillows. Hallway reeked of weed when we came back in the evening and into the night when trying to sleep I smelled it into my room. For the price, it was definitely not worth it.

The Hotel must be propping their reviews up. They were rated as an 8.4 and I wouldnt out them past a 5 or 6 at BEST. We checked in amd went up to our room, only to find there wasnt even hit water in our room or in the Hotel. We called down to the front desk and were told that too many people must have taken showers at the same time. Sheets and pillows were questionable at best. It was such a bad experience we didnt even want to fight anymore with the front Staff and we booked another room at a Holiday in nearby. Completely unacceptable hotel and experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Well the front desk was nice it was very dirty the floors had stuff still on them from the last people, pillows were stained, chairs had dark stains, smelled in the first room so they moved us, all there extras had caution tape around them so not usable

A/C sounds like a 2 stroke boat boat motor. Very loud. Seems like they painted the building and other than the cheapest fixtures they could find, that was the extent of updates from the 90s
