Let me just start off saying none of this is directed at the front desk clerk Desmond, he was so nice and amazing. I was disappointed we received no maid service, clean towels, etc. the entire stay. Felt very gross by the last day. Also the pool was absolutely disgusting!! It was a convenient weekend just expected better!!
