The two employees at the front desk were nice and helpful during check in. After that, complete staff disaster. Employees took it upon themselves to monitor the arrival and subsequent brief stay of a visiting associate of mine, including generating noise in the vacant room above me but setting off their car alarms several times while discussing theories of the visit, my cell phone use while I was in bed as they watched from the parking lot thru the too small blackout curtains, and from the room above, the adjacent ‘linen closet’ and hallway outside the room. At first it was amusing but quickly deteriorated into harassment. I left after a few hours around 3:28 am to find another hotel. Ridiculous.

So Comfortable !

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. A friend and I both had the suites with queen beds. The accommodations where Perfect! Spacious! And the bedding was absolutely DIVINE! The staff was so friendly and went out of their was to address a couple of issues I encountered and then some. The complimentary breakfast was so inclusive, everything you could want for breakfast was there. I also used the gym and it was clean and inviting! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be staying with Residents Inn again!

Great stay! The suites was spacious, comfortable, and clean. ALL staff were super helpful and kind. They provided down-free bedding upon request. The breakfast was really good, and they accomodated my dietary needs. Both the pool and the gym were nice. And all at an affordable price!
