POOL
The pool has a gazebo with a sectional and fan to cool off or instead lounge in the sun on the perfect lounge chairs. The pool is salt water, is heated and has a slide that is perfect for family fun. The pool is open from the Second weekend in May until the first weekend in October - confirm with us prior to reserving.

HOUSE ENTERTAINMENT
Inside the home, steps away from the pool is a central air conditioned home with plenty of space for your getaway. When entering you'll find a set of couches, ping pong table, board games, and darts. On the lower level is also a half bathroom.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you'll enter into the chalet living room that hosts a 65" smart TV and a fire place that is electronically controlled and ready for use. One room over is a second living room that has two additional couches along with a chaise. In between the living rooms is a porch that oversees the pool, large driveway, and the impeccable landscaping.

KITCHEN
The Kitchen has a 6 burner stove, sub-zero fridge and freezer, wet bar, large dining room table and island to make everything convenient for entertaining. There are cups, bowls, plates, silverware, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave.

HOT TUB
On the rear deck you'll find a screened sun room, gas grill, and a hot tub / jacuzzi that is open ALL YEAR LONG!

BEDROOMS AND LOFT
The bedrooms are spacious including the largest of the three that has three queen beds and a sofa that can be flattened for an extra bed. The second room has a king bed while the third room has a queen bed. The full bathroom has a jacuzzi, stand up shower and is very spacious. The loft upstairs has a full bathroom (with a tub) and is open to the chalet windows overseeing the pool and front porch.

ARCADE
In the rear of the house there is a detached ginormous garage that has arcade games including Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles, Marvel, Street fighter, Time Crisis 3, two Need For Speed, ping pong, pool table, foosball, poker table, air hockey, golf game, jenga, connect 4, slot machine, ride on motorcycle, and a couch to lounge in. There is a sink and microwave for ease of entertaining. Perfect for rainy days, hanging out at night, and for kids! All the games are set to free play and available as part of your stay.
