The home’s 3 levels are thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The upper level includes built-in twin beds—a perfect space for kids to unwind in style. Cozy up by the fireplace with a glass of wine, or spend time in the sandy beach and take in the sunset from the hot tub.

The basement is a true entertainment hub, featuring a huge TV, game table, and a fully-equipped bar area—ideal for movie nights, game days, or simply hanging out after a fun day on the water.

PARKING
-There is space for 4-5 vehicles onsite. You can fit one additional car in the garage. Please note if you have a trailer, that will reduce the amount of cars that you will have space for. There is No street parking or parking on the lawn.

PET POLICY
-Happy Landing is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per night. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

Crosslake STR Noise Ordinance and House Rules

• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to help preserve the peaceful lakeside experience for both our guests and neighboring properties.

• During quiet hours, please be respectful of those around you by avoiding loud music, shouting, yelling, excessive noise, or disruptive gatherings.

• Out of respect for our neighbors and the quiet atmosphere of the area, we encourage guests to conclude hot tub use by 10:00 PM. If the hot tub is used during quiet hours, voices should be kept at a conversational level and all activities should remain considerate of neighboring homes.

• No parties or events are permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar gatherings.

• Noise complaints may result in fines, citations from local law enforcement, additional fees, and/or termination of your stay without refund.

➝ A signed rental agreement and safely screening is required to book with us.
➝ Smoking is not allowed!
➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and based on weather conditions. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be put in or taken out, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We do our best to get them in by Mid May and not to take out until Mid to late October.
