Cozy 1700+ sq ft family friendly house with all the comforts of home.
This is our vacation home where we stay on long trips to visit family, so comfort & convenience is important to us. We made the home a great place for a family to relax with amazing amenities for families with young children or groups of adults. We are so excited to be able to share this with other families/groups looking for a charming place to stay. We know how challenging it can be when traveling, so we set out to create the ultimate family friendly experience!

About Our Home

Inside the home:

The living room is furnished with a large extremely comfortable designer sectional (comfortably seats up to 6-7 at a time), a work station (with high speed wireless internet, a printer/scanner & desk), and a large 60" flat screen TV (with ROKU).

The front dining room is converted into a play area for children, complete with a play kitchen/food, toys, and a kids table with chairs.

The Kitchen is fully stocked, with 2 sets of dishes, plenty of glasses/coffee mugs, pots/pans, tupperware, plastic kids dishes, toaster oven, and coffee machine (with coffee/sugar/creamer), cutting boards, quality knife set, and more!

The rest of the downstairs has a half bathroom, dining room with table & chairs, full size brand new washer & dryer, and an ironing board.

Upstairs has all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has an attached master bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub, stand up shower, and walk in closet. There is a king size brand new memory foam mattress & a 50" flat screen TV also with ROKU.

The guest room (bedroom 2) has a queen size brand new memory foam mattress, a dresser, and walk in closet.

The other guest room (bedroom 3) has two twin beds - also brand new memory foam mattresses and a walk in closet.

There is a hallway guest bathroom upstairs for the two guest rooms to share.

Backyard: Has a wooden swing set and tree swings, a small stone patio that exits to the driveway for additional parking and access to the house.

Extra's: We have a pack & play, a high chair, bouncer, play room with toys, ironing board, hair dryers in bathrooms, printer/scanner with wireless high speed internet for guests on business trips. We also have starter items for guests when they first arrive (enough for the first few days of your stay) which include: laundry detergent & dryer sheets, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen condiments, coffee/tea/creamer, brand new sponge for each guest, dishwasher detergent, dish soap. We also provide unlimited trash bags.

We think it's really important to provide our guests with the same experience you get at a hotel, but with the comfort and space of an entire home. That's why we have the home professionally cleaned between all guests, have extra pillows/blankets available, include extras such as hair dryers & an ironing board, and all the basic comforts of 'home'. Since this is our vacation home, you won't find any of our personal items or clutter. The space is completely organized and the drawers and cabinets are open for guests.

The neighborhood is a quiet family friendly area, close to churches, shopping, the Frisco Athletic Center (has a gym, childcare, and a large water park), a large shopping mall with tons of restaurants. Frisco is one of the most desired areas in Dallas. Why stay at a hotel when you can have all of the conveniences of a home.

The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. New sponge for the kitchen sink, plenty of toilet paper, lots of dishes and silverware. Kitchen was well equipped. We weren't at the house much but could have easily made many kinds of meals with the different appliances available. No shoes allowed inside and strict cleanliness instructions which were a bit off putting but easy to follow. Check out was simple. Garage parking was a plus.

Frisco House

Our stay was awesome. Place was clean and had lots to offer for the young kids. My boys loved playing out back and with the toys in the playroom. Beds were comfy and living room was great. Overall, great stay.

Comfy and Clean

The house was very clean upon our arrival. The backyard playset was great for the kids, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for getting around Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for travel with young kids

This house had everything you could need for travel with young kids! Everything was clean and anything we could have needed was available (pack n play, high chair, play set, toys, books). Great location close to restaurants and sites. If we return to Dallas area, we will definitely return!

1st time Rental

This was my 1st rental. The pics shown are exactly what the house looks like. Surprised at all the amenities that were there for my usage. My grandchildren love the play room, which has plentiful toys for young kids. And fun board games for kids and adults. They also loved the Backyard swing set. The only thing was the inside garage door opener did not work. Otherwise, I, and my family really enjoyed our stay. Great home for family vacation.

Good stay but not our favorite

We had a great week here. The location was good and the neighborhood felt safe. The backyard area is awesome and great if you have younger children. Living room is super comfy with a big sectional. There were a few minor dislikes that made our stay a little less comfortable. There were not enough towels for all of us to have one - my in laws went and bought some for the week. The cookware was really worn, scratched and rusted. We have a young infant who just started solids and I had a really hard time wanting to cook her food in these pans. The appliances were outdated - the microwave didn’t even had a turn table and the dishwasher never dried the dishes. Again, these are all very minor and we still enjoyed our stay. But I feel like I would want to know these things if I was going to stay here.

First Trip to Texas

While this property was comfortable, we found it did not compare to other VRBO's we have stayed in in the past. There were bare minimum "supplies" in the kitchen. The coffee pot literally took 20 minutes to brew a pot of 12 coups. Trash and recycle cans were left out (with the lids open) and there was a storm that came through so the cans had several inches of water. Information that is typically provided (internet login) was only provided via an email, leaving us unable to get connected until we went back to my daughter's house to be able to get into the original communication from VRBO. There was no ability to use the gas fireplace, which on the day that it was stormy would have been lovely. When we went to open the garage door, the keypad fell off the wall. We found it interesting there were no beverage cups for little people considering that the description really sells that it is a good family space. This was our first trip to Texas (of many as our kids just moved there), this would not be a property I would choose to stay in in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to provide the feedback.

this house was such a great stay for small groups of 4 or more! loved the big living room area to play games and watch movies! very quiet and nice neighborhood as well (:was extremely careful for fear of staining any sort of thing with any little thing, but otherwise, amazing place to stay at! _

Everything is as described. The owner is great at communicating. You can tell that they want your stay to be enjoyable. The toys were great for the kids and the couch was very comfortable. We plan on booking again for future visits.

Very clean and comfortable home

The house was very clean and the pictures well represent the actual house. It was conveniently located to the major thoroughfares, but in a quiet neighborhood. Would be a great place to stay for families with small children. Great play room inside and play set outside.

Excellent Family Home

This was our second stay at this property, and it was once again just perfect. The play equipment outside and the toy room inside make it a perfect place for kids. The living room is spacious and can accommodate large families. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The use of the garage is an added bonus. Excellent home - HIGHLY recommended.

My wife, my one year-old son, his grandma, and I came to Frisco for a few days. The home was incredible. It was clean, well laid out, and had tons of stuff for my son to play with! If ever needed, would come back here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home perfect for families.

Beautiful home with large open living areas. Plenty of things for the kids to enjoy, but not overly cluttered. Great private backyard with nice swing set and sandy area for kiddo's to play in. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Well equipped with essential items (toilet paper, paper towels etc) . Overall very happy with our stay.
