3 Bedroom Family Friendly House w/ Southern Charm

Cozy 1700+ sq ft family friendly house with all the comforts of home.
This is our vacation home where we stay on long trips to visit family, so comfort & convenience is important to us. We made the home a great place for a family to relax with amazing amenities for families with young children or groups of adults. We are so excited to be able to share this with other families/groups looking for a charming place to stay. We know how challenging it can be when traveling, so we set out to create the ultimate family friendly experience!

About Our Home

Inside the home:

The living room is furnished with a large extremely comfortable designer sectional (comfortably seats up to 6-7 at a time), a work station (with high speed wireless internet, a printer/scanner & desk), and a large 60" flat screen TV (with ROKU).

The front dining room is converted into a play area for children, complete with a play kitchen/food, toys, and a kids table with chairs.

The Kitchen is fully stocked, with 2 sets of dishes, plenty of glasses/coffee mugs, pots/pans, tupperware, plastic kids dishes, toaster oven, and coffee machine (with coffee/sugar/creamer), cutting boards, quality knife set, and more!

The rest of the downstairs has a half bathroom, dining room with table & chairs, full size brand new washer & dryer, and an ironing board.

Upstairs has all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has an attached master bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub, stand up shower, and walk in closet. There is a king size brand new memory foam mattress & a 50" flat screen TV also with ROKU.

The guest room (bedroom 2) has a queen size brand new memory foam mattress, a dresser, and walk in closet.

The other guest room (bedroom 3) has two twin beds - also brand new memory foam mattresses and a walk in closet.

There is a hallway guest bathroom upstairs for the two guest rooms to share.

Backyard: Has a wooden swing set and tree swings, a small stone patio that exits to the driveway for additional parking and access to the house.

Extra's: We have a pack & play, a high chair, bouncer, play room with toys, ironing board, hair dryers in bathrooms, printer/scanner with wireless high speed internet for guests on business trips. We also have starter items for guests when they first arrive (enough for the first few days of your stay) which include: laundry detergent & dryer sheets, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen condiments, coffee/tea/creamer, brand new sponge for each guest, dishwasher detergent, dish soap. We also provide unlimited trash bags.

We think it's really important to provide our guests with the same experience you get at a hotel, but with the comfort and space of an entire home. That's why we have the home professionally cleaned between all guests, have extra pillows/blankets available, include extras such as hair dryers & an ironing board, and all the basic comforts of 'home'. Since this is our vacation home, you won't find any of our personal items or clutter. The space is completely organized and the drawers and cabinets are open for guests.

The neighborhood is a quiet family friendly area, close to churches, shopping, the Frisco Athletic Center (has a gym, childcare, and a large water park), a large shopping mall with tons of restaurants. Frisco is one of the most desired areas in Dallas. Why stay at a hotel when you can have all of the conveniences of a home.

Entire Home, we provide guests with complete privacy and are available for any assistance they need.

We will be available to help address any issues, otherwise we provide guests with total privacy.

About the area: The home is located near the Dallas Cowboys Training Stadium, Dr. Pepper Ballpark, the Toyota Soccer Stadium, The Shops at Legacy, several golf courses, Stonebriar Mall (with movies & dining), and so much more..

Getting around

Uber is always an option, and rental cars are available.

Other things to note

Absolutely no parties or smoking. This is a family friendly home and neighborhood. No loud music or noise.

Please remove shoes inside the home.

Please keep food and drinks inside the kitchen/dining room. Any spills or damage to carpet will require professional cleaning.
