Check in process was confusing, remotes were missing in the main bedroom couldnt connect or make it work with the other remote. Air-conditioning didnt work properly for three nights after the second day they suggested a different unit because they had to confirm it wasn't working first, absolutely ridiculous. This was an experience that I will never forget a first and last never again.

I would not recommend stay here. Ever. There was nothing smooth about this stay. The dryer that was mentioned for use, did not work. There were not enough towels for the guests and of course we could not wash them as the dryer did not work. There was no remote for one tv in one room and the other room had no cable or firestick or anyway to watch tv at all. The amenities offered were not available. The only thing that went smoothly was leaving. I do not recommend staying here.

Apartments were great, clean, spacious and fabulous view of the city. Had access to gym and pool as well. Pool had a nice view but was not as clean as I’d like.
