House Needs Maintenance

Water from master shower leaking under floorboards in master bedroom and hallway. RSB sent maintenance guy w/caulk gun to seal leak. Unfortunately this did not stop leak behind shower wall. Floorboards remained wet and squishy. Husband had to miss event to let plumber in because we had dogs. 2) Workers showed up at 9:30 am Sat. and jackhammered pool to fix skimmer with NO NOTIFICATION to us. Could not use pool after that because pool dirty. 3) Several chairs in kitchen broken. 4) Fixtures for tub not sealed to floor. 5) Reclining chairs do not recline.6) Neighborhood rough. 7) No lock on back gate. 8) Number of blinds broken or non existent. Luxurious is NOT how I would describe this property.

Cheer comp stay

We stayed to be close to the Frisco cheer competition center and Top Golf. The place was perfect for 4 kids and 3 adults. Communication was great with property manager. House was clean, beds were comfy. Spacious and enough room to not feel cramped.

Awesome gem tucked away in The Colony

We stayed here for 3 nights leading up to our daughter’s weekend wedding. Not much to say in specifics other than it was perfect. The pool was plenty big enough for our group to have a great time. The hot tub was clean and fully functional. The bedrooms were nothing spectacular but no complaints either, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a touch small, the living room, dining room and game rooms are massive with plenty of space. There are only 2 bathrooms and 1 if those is tucked in a bedroom so if you have a large party you will have to juggle shower time, but we never ran out of hot water. The host is awesome and responded to all questions (before the stay and during) within minutes.

Super clean, very responsive

We spent Labor Day weekend here with my 13 YO and two of her friends. They loved the pool, the bunk room, and lived in the game room when they were inside. This house may be the cleanest VRBO we’ve rented ever and the host was immediately available whenever we had a question. Close to Grandscape and shopping in Frisco. Plenty to do at the house when we were there.

Awesome Home

The home was outstanding, comfortable easy access, very clean and updated beautifully. The pool was convenient and clean, the hot tub was perfect. Our family will stay there again when we travel to Texas. Our family vacation was enhanced by staying in this home, Thank you.

Every one had a real good time. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, game room, and pool. The house fit us well. The house could us some updates and none of the recliners reclined. The property manager was prompt in responding and very helpful. The location of house was unexpected. Would recommend.

Nice backyard and pool!

If you are looking to enjoy a nice pool and backyard, this is the spot! It's deep enough to enjoy pool volleyball or just to hang out with friends. No issues with neighbors or parking. Easy process, great communication.

Average house

The home was spacious for people to eat and entertain although the house is in need of touch ups. Walls are dirty and the doors have scuffed marks on them. The recliner is broken, the couch is not put together properly and spreads apart. The guest bathroom shower head leaks from the spout and the handle on the bath leaks. Needs maintenance throughout the house. The bedroom in the front of the house with the bunk beds does not get warm even with the heat on. Trash can was not emptied prior to getting there.

Wonderful!!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely nice and the upgrades gave the home a beautiful atheistic look and feel. The game room was our favorite space as we used it to wind down, watch movies and play games!! The backyard was phenomenal, we immediately fell in love with the spacious pool, sauna, and BBQ grill. Although the hot tub wasn’t working the host was quick and very responsive and sent someone out to fix it immediately!!

Enjoyed stay

House was beautifully remodeled. Had all the amenities we wanted, pool, media room, dog friendly, plus extras (hot tub, game table). Pool very clean and outside patio had good shade from sun and had a TV and a nice grill. Beds were very comfortable. Only main complaints we had was that VRBO site check in was at 3, when management company reached out to us to confirm they advised check in was at 4. When we got there inside was burning up, AC was not on and house read 84°. Would have been nice if house had been cooled down for us. This is Texas and summers are hot. The marble tile was very slippery when wet, some additional rugs would have been nice when having to come inside from pool.

Great location!

The house is just as described. Comfortable beds, clean and full of fun activities. My 6 year old was obsessed with the game room and didn't want to leave this house at all ha ha The owner was very helpful and responsive. We'd def stay here again.
