This is a great stay and easy access to the highways. Only problem is the elevator. If you get a room try to stay on the first floor.

It was a perfect stop to rest up before my flight. The only downside is, the water never got really hot in the shower. More luke warm. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, the location perfect and staff lovely.

Property was decent, I expected more from a Hyatt house, but this seemed like an older hotel was bought out and had a fresh coat of paint slapped on it. The staff was extremely friendly and we appreciated their care. The bed was hard and we both would wake up with aches and pains. It's a quiet area though for the most part and other than some cracked tiles and rust, the room was well cleaned.

Customer experience

It was good but not excellent, landline phone in my bedroom was not working at all, no cable connected to the phone. I had to physically go down to the front desk if I had any question or need something. I asked to fix the phone but never fixed. Overall, it was a good experience. Receptionists were cooperative and helpful especially Monica.
