No indoor pool and the outdoor pool was closed because it was too cold. Ice maker only on floor 4. (14 floors) Pillows fall in between space between mattress and headboard where there are about 9 outlets with various things plugged in. No light by coffee maker. Only one cup of caffeinated coffee in the morning. No continental breakfast. No space to put cream cheese on our bagels. No freezer. Can move the chair in front of the desk u less you can dead lift 75 lbs. no bags In The trash cans. No dirty laundry bag. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

We are local to DFW but enjoy a staycation every once in a while, we've chosen this hotel twice now. Its nice, in a convenient location, and the parking is free with self park.
