My stay was great, I was there for 3 days. When I arrived, they didn’t have a room ready but I only waited about 10 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. Also on my last day there, someone across the hall had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking but it was only for about an hour or 2. Other than that, the room was spotless, the area was nice and quiet. And some of the staff were nice. Will definitely be back!

Staff still learning professionalism, but clearly trying. Shuttle driver (Friendly) mia and made another client late. Shuttle driver receiving and participating in personal call during ride. Radio should be played low, unless client agrees. 2/2 stays heaters malfunctioning.

Room and hotel were very clean. The front desk lady was really friendly, helpful and had me check in fast. The security guy is also the shuttle driver - he was also very nice. And accommodating. I had a 5 am shuttle booked ad was running about 2 minutes late - he called me just before 5am and made sure I was on the shuttle back to the airport. Would stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Room was spotless full kitchen comfortable bed cold AC. The breakfast was wonderful and the ladies working the buffet never let us run out of drinks and were so friendly. We stayed 4 nights over all it was a wonderful stay. Will be staying again.

WONDERFUL stay. The property is conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go: downtown; Dallas Zoo; SMU Stadium, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed extra pillows and towels. Your room was exceptionally clean. The ONLY DOWNFALL, when getting ice on the 2nd floor ( the not ice machine-we were on the 3rd floor) my husband was approached by 3 PROSTITUTES! He immediately went downstairs to the front desk, and the manager had already seen what happened in the cameras. He said he recognized one of the girls, and it was being handled. This is supposed to be a family hotel, and this was a big disappointment! Other than that one incident, which we ultimately just let go of, or stay was EXCELLENT. The next time we are in Dallas, this is where we will be.

Everything above! Caring attentive staff, lovely rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Staff members went over and above standard service to assist me with making reservations to restaurants, as well as suggesting ways to save even more $ on my trip. Dulce (although young) is a person who should get promoted to a higher level within your organization. She displayed calmness & truly listened to visitor's requests, etc. Also: Evelyn, Robert, Perry and Terrence were equally pleasant. I have forgotten a particular lady server (brain fart I can't recall her name) who was loving and doted on the breakfast diners as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a location that worked for my overnight DFW to DAL (love) transfer. One drawback - airport shuttle runs on the hour, and that info wasn’t online when booking. So I had the option of sleeping from 130a-530a and taking the shuttle, or sleeping until 625a and taking a Lyft. Since I was already taking an overnight connection, I chose the latter, which meant no shuttle. Would be ideal for my situation if there were q30min shuttles, especially during peak departure hours
