Other Things to Note:

Parking Policy – Oversized Vehicles

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Per building regulations, large or unsafe vehicles will be denied entry at check-in.



Vehicles that may be turned away include:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vans with 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6’8”.

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells, lockers, or containers that are difficult to maneuver.

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts, oversized rims, or oversized tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard car-type controls.



Pets

Pets are welcome depending on size. Please notify us in advance to avoid potential cancellations. A cleaning fee applies per pet:

• 1–4 nights: $25 per pet, per night

• 5–29 nights: $200 per pet

• 30+ nights: $300 per pet

We are not responsible for any building maintenance or repair issues during your stay.



Guest Verification Required

To meet legal and security requirements, guests may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID

• Verified contact information

• Completion of our verification portal

• A background check, if required



All information is collected solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used otherwise.



All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of the stay. By booking, you agree to:

• Follow our rental terms and conditions

• Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in

• Complete a background check if requested by the property management or owner

• Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Guests must submit all required information within 24 hours of booking (or 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.



Each stay includes a $35 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
