The room had no ice bucket and the microwave couldn’t be opened or powered on and appeared to have slices of bologna still inside. Rail in the shower was loose as well. Beds really nice and comfortable.

So unclean!

When we arrived the lobby did not have AC, only rooms. Construction fans all around, and not a good smell. When we arrived in the bedroom the bed had stains and hair on the sheets. We requested a transfer to another bedroom and they did. That one was a bit cleaner but the bathroom was also dirty. We almost left right there but stayed and left without having breakfast because we couldn’t stand the place anymore.

Avoid this one.

This site may need to look in to removing this hotel from options. The staff was rude, either yelling at employees, not at desk or talking on speaker phone in different language while helping patrons. Would not give me pool towels bc they “had a busy day” There was around 8-10 vehicles in lot at most so hotel was no where near capacity. The finish was about 1/2 gone in the tub and there was no shower curtain. Guy at desk said he knocked on our door to put one up between 4-5 and we didn’t answer. We didn’t check in until 530. Only 2 sets of towels were provided in our room. We had 3 in our party. After an argument, we were given an extra set. The good list is short but worth mentioning. We were in the pool area after closing. We were quiet and not hassled. That was nice. The sweet lady that organized the breakfast area was extremely nice and accommodating, but breakfast was not edible. I’ll close by saying that this is the first bad review and bad experience that I have had on this site in the 10+ years that I have been using it. Avoid this place.

First room seemed clean and a/c worked but bathroom smelled like a sewer. Moved to a new room and it was damp and smelled moldy. Bathroom was very old and smelly. Left after 4 hours and just decided to keep driving. Do not go here it’s old and smelly.

One of the best Comfort Inns that I have stayed in. Very well kept and the breakfast was nice and hot. Had to check in late, and wished we could have stayed longer. Will be your guest again when in the area.

First off when I came in to check in the guy made it seem like I was only checking in 2 people which was not what I booked under. Then I wanted to take my girls into the pool and there were only say 1/2 towels for 4 people so when I asked him for 4 towels so we could go to the pool and then I could give my girls a shower, he was so serious and said no only two towels, I said can I have 2 more he said again seriously NO! That’s is freaking ridiculous. Then you put my family I guess on the pet floor since we have a small dog and the whole floor smelt so disgusting, as we came out the elevator you can see dog piss all over, by the trash can there was a lot, then the room smelt so bad of dirt dog and piss. The bathroom sink was getting stuck, the pool bottom was so torn up that my husband had bad scratches all under his feet. Next door was a kfc/Taco Bell with some rude worker who sat and talked to their friends for 10 minutes while people waited to order their food. I wish I could get my money back for this horrible experience but I now know ALL comfort inns are the same!
