This recently renovated mountain home is the answer to a picture-perfect vacation! Inside Sunnyside offers a chef’s kitchen and generous seating and serving space. There are plenty of oversized TVs in comfortable spaces so separating the sports fans from the movies watchers is amazingly easy. Sunnyside provides lots of nooks and spaces for readers, nappers, and even serious card players. Five beautifully decorated bedrooms create privacy and extra, extra comfort. Outside Sunnyside presents spectacular opportunities for fun-lovers of just about every age. There is an onsite lake and kayaks for the adventurous ones in the gang. The new Amish built wooden playset is sure to provide hours of entertainment for youngsters. Beautiful property.

We enjoyed the fish-stocked pond. The house is nicely broken up into several living areas. Even with 13 of us it was not too noisy.

Fun large family getaway

Our stay was great. We went skiing and watched the deer in the backyard. The only concern I had was the air hockey game table didnt work, and the "game room" was 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. It was a little confusing about the check out process. One place says strup the linens and take to the laundry room floor. Another place it says to strip the bed linens and place on floor of rroom.There was plenty of space for all 13 of us with room to spare.

Labor Day Weekend Family/Friends Trip

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous property with 8 adults and 9 kids! We had everything we needed and knew who to contact if we needed something. The hot tub, pond, and beautiful scenery were all great perks! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The Best Get Away Ever

This was our second stay at Sunnyside. It has plenty of space for our large extended family to spread out and relax. The kids loved fishing in the catch and release lake and the lake is the perfect size for a kayak race. They have added a new fire pit area that was perfect to sit around late and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is very clean and has one of the most well stocked kitchens of any place we have stayed.

Outstanding home

The floor plan was terrific for our multiple-family visit. Three bedrooms downstairs for one family, a large suite over the garage for one family, and a master just off the living area for the grandparents. The game room and multiple living spaces allowed everyone to spread out, and the number and location of full and half baths was perfect. We have rented many vacation houses and couldn’t believe how this one was supplied - from every kitchen tool/appliance you could need to more than enough towels to spare pillows and blankets to kayaks, games and more to comfortable furniture, we could go on and on

Christmas with the "Framily"

Second year of spending Christmas here for our three families. Close to everything and plenty of space. I wish there was an option between 4 and 5 stars as our only struggle is that we don't use as much of the space as we could because of the temperature regulation. The downstairs tends to be cold unless you have the upstairs too hot. Overall we love it though and will be back next year unless our soldiers are deployed.

Amazing Home

This home is stunning and equipped with everything you'll need for a fantastic vacation. The owners were very responsive and I enjoyed meeting them. Even though the weather wasn't great, we had everything we needed and wanted to enjoy our stay. My only complaint is with the management company. They provided wrong information by saying jetskis were allowed and there was a place nearby to ride them. After driving 3 hours with a jetski in tow, I was told the nearest place to ride them was 2 hours away. When I pointed this out misinformation the older lady in the office was extremely rude. She practically called me a liar and suggested that I didn't know the difference between a canoe, kayak and jetski. Which I do since I own a canoe, jetski and a pantoon boat. She even said maybe I called the wrong management office instead of just apololgizing for their mistake Overall, I would recommend this home. Just be aware of the information provided by this office and customer service are sub-par.

Girls Weekend

Loved it! Better than described. Very large. Plenty of games and activities within the house. BIG table that everyone in our group could gather around to play games, craft and eat. Nice area. Gated community. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! PS. The kitchen is equiped better than our kitchens at home!!!

This property was amazing!!

With 7 adults and 7 children, the unexpected is expected. Everyone loved this house. The game room was excellent for the kids, they took it over. I taught 6 of my 7 Gkids how to kayak on the lake. Lots of hiking nearby. The whole family was ecstatic about this vacation.

Well put together

Well stocked, welcoming, spacious, comfortable beds, extra beds if needed and plenty to do inside during a blizzard. Excited to bring back the WHOLE fam on a more agreeable weekend.
