The condo was clean and well organized and had all we needed for our stay. We loved the complex and the location. It’s close enough to the heart of NSB to easily enjoy the shopping and restaurants, but it’s far enough down to provide a quiet beach. We came down right after king tides and rain(obviously not anyone’s fault), so we weren’t on the beach the first two days but enjoyed our time there as the week progressed. We would highly recommend the condo as a perfect place to stay when visiting NSB!

This condo is exactly as pictured but that still left us speechless when we walked in. It is absolutely beautiful in person and the balcony is the best place to hang out. The kitchen is perfectly stocked to cook and enjoy meals. We had amazing communication with the manager and host, friendly interactions with neighbors, check in and out were a breeze, and overall an amazing experience. You can tell that the owners take pride and still enjoy visiting their condo and I believe that truly makes a difference when choosing a place to stay. We cannot wait to stay again!

My family had a great time during the week we spent in New Smyrna Beach. This unit had a stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, and dishes. There were plenty of spices and extra coffee filters. The AC worked great and kept the unit cool. We never needed to contact the property management for any issues. The pool was open and the grounds were nicely maintained.There were plenty of cleaning supplies to keep the area clean. The rugs by the front door really helped keep the sand in that area. We've stayed places where it seems like the sand gets everywhere. The furniture was comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. We didn't sink down into an indentation, so that's a definite plus.We had a great time, and would love to return another year. The view from the balcony was great, and watching the storms come in from the west was impressive.

Best Beach Condo Ever!!!!!

This was our first stay in New Smyrna Beach and this condo was perfect!!! First it was just as described and pictured- immaculately clean with everything we could possibly need for the beach, cooking, parking, relaxing. Mike and Judy were GREAT hosts and were easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to welcome us and give recommendations- they really cared about us enjoying our visit- The view was incredible- we saw dolphins right off the beach most days- and lots of shore birds. The beach was clean, wide, and perfect for walking and lounging. The balcony was comfortable and we loved sitting out listening to the waves and watching the sunrises. The pool was so nice, too! Great restaurants close by. We can’t say enough what a wonderful place this is!! Thank you!!!!

Amazing Place!

Our stay at Mike & Judy's condo was great! The condo was so clean, organized, & well stocked. The view is amazing because the condo is right on the beach. It's on the no driving part of the beach, so it was very relaxing. The gift basket was a nice touch as well. We can't wait to stay here again.
