Each of the 3 bedrooms feature incredible ocean views, sliders to the balcony, and en suite bathrooms, providing ample privacy for the whole family. The main living level of this oceanfront residence features a renovated island kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances overlooking wide-open dining and living areas, as well as THREE OCEANFRONT BEDROOM SUITES!

Vaulted ceilings and windows galore create a bright, airy feel throughout the home. The top-floor offers a versatile loft space with charming views between the other two oceanfront suites. The first level entertainment room provides easy access to the beach - you'll be in the surf in seconds! The owners also provided blow up mattresses for this area for extra family and friends! On the ground level, there's a huge "mud room" providing lots of storage space for your beach chairs and surfboards. Rinse off after a day in the sand in the oversized outdoor shower.

When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

The home also comes equipped with a 220-volt outlet for EV/Tesla charging capability

This place is located in a quiet residential area. The beach is not too crowded and the house is right next to the public access to the beach. The house had smart TVs in all of the rooms, plenty of wooden hangers in all of the closets, linens, towels and beach towels. Garage full of beach stuff that was so appreciated. They also had blankets for the couch/bedrooms, which is a plus as it can get chilly at night with sunburns :) We found it to be very clean. Beach was not too crowded- location was ideal. They also had cleaning supplies- like broom/vacuum so we could keep up on the house while we were there. Definitely good spots to eat - but you have to time it otherwise restaurants fill up real fast. If there was one thing to fault, and all rentals are guilty- not this one in particular, is the early check out time and the expectation to strip bedding, get laundry going, dishwasher, take out the trash, etc. I am ok with doing this, just adjust the check out time for an additional hour- I am busy just trying to pack us all up. This does not save the cleaners that much time, plus I pay a hefty cleaning fee as is. Also, having the basics - like a dishwasher pod per day rented, soap for each bathroom sink (tiny bar ok for a few day stay, need bigger one for longer), a trash bag per day….over the top ask- laundry soap. One pod per day - for the beach towels and indoor towels that are provided (not my own personal laundry). We were a family of five for reference.

The vast majority of everything during our stay was very nice. I did wonder, however, why for the amount of money we paid, why we felt like the “starter” pack of one paper towel, 1 small laundry detergent, and other items was so small. (For example, the property managers ask that you remove all the bed linens and start the wash before you leave, but we had already used the 1 laundry detergent they gave us so could not.) It felt like they could have done a better job with providing us with those necessities if that’s what they wanted us to do. (In addition, we were only given 5 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each of the 3 bathrooms, so we had to go out and buy more.) The bathrooms also have not been renovated, jus so you are aware.Otherwise, this is a nice property, the views were gorgeous and peaceful, and we enjoyed our time there. (However, there is absolutely no cooling ingredients, and we had to even go out to buy salt in order to cook our family meals. Other properties we’ve rented in this price range typically include all of these things, so it was surprising and disappointing that it was not here and that we had to go waste our precious time at the supermarket during our stay.)

The property is a really nice beach house at a great location. The beach is super close which was amazing. The air conditioning was great and there were so many towels. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cooking gear. Overall, the place was very good and we'd return for a future stay.

Amazing Getaway at Vitamin Sea

We had a fantastic 4-day weekend at Vitamin Sea! The home exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. The ocean view from the both master suites, loft 3rd bedroom and main living areas was stunning, and the deck overlooking the water was the perfect spot to relax.The kitchen was well-stocked, which made meals easy, and the air hockey table was a fun bonus. Despite some earlier reviews, we had no issues with the AC—it was cool and comfortable throughout our stay.Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!

Fabulous beach location!

My group of girlfriends stayed here for a quiet, calm beach getaway and this place was great. Can't beat the views or how close the beach was. It was so convenient to have chairs and towels to use. It is a little off the beaten path, but that's what we were looking for.

Beauitiful, quiet and relaxibg!

The location of this house can't be beat! I especially loved the neighborhood feel of this place! It's quiet and nit super touristy! Perfect views, great space for our family of 6. House and host wise it was perfect! I was not thrilled with VRBOs extra fees, but if there's a way to get around VRBO, for sure, we'd be back!

A very short walk to the ocean! Great little house that served our family well. Met all of our needs. No issues and no complaints here. Great location, nice restaurants nearby, close to St. Augustine, grocery was close, boat rental place nearby was awesome too!

The view from the deck and balcony was wonderful. We loved the location of the house. It was so nice to have the beach items and plenty of beach towels available. The house had a few areas that needed some additional cleaning, but overall was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Would have been perfect with functional A/C

Location of this house can’t be beat, however the A/C was completely non functional for the length of our stay. I emailed the property management company and got no response. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were very nice, but the bathrooms need updating. All of this could be overlooked if we weren’t trying to sleep in temperatures over 80 degrees. We did enjoy the air hockey table and the beach gear that was available. I was a bit confused by the Google street view showing a house blocking the view to the water, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that that house did not actually exist. The view was incredible and was good enough that I’d go back to this house if they fixed the ac. Fix the A/C and don’t ignore your renters.

Relaxing Spring Break

What can you say about a house that takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach and is visible from the deck while eating breakfast. You will not be disappointed with this vacation home. Everything is clean, modern, and this place is fully stocked. We normally bring everything that we need for the beach when renting a beach home but we did not need to bring anything. I will definitely rent this home again!

Great place to enjoy some winter sun

It was delightful to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and take walks along the beach every evening. The house is just as lovely as the photos depict. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen, modern fixtures and lots of space. A quiet but friendly neighborhood made for a fabulous month’s stay and the internet connection meant we could work every day without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home!

This vacation home was just steps from the beach! Beautiful views from each bedroom. The house was extremely clean and really spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Nice furniture and fully equipped kitchen. An added plus - the garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Management company was informative and responded quickly to any of our questions. We really enjoyed our week stay there and will definitely return.
