Welcome to Sand Dollar Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores! This eighth floor condo has stunning furnishings and breathtaking ocean views from the primary bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen! Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sand Dollar Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool, 2 saunas, and secure garage parking.

When you enter this unit the ocean views will take your breath away! The ocean view balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The living room includes comfortable furnishings, a large flat-screen television, a sleeper sofa, and stunning ocean views. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 6 as well as 4 additional bar stools.

The ocean view primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed, flat-screen television, and double closet. The full, guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjoins with the guest bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

Please note that the specific parking space associated with this unit has a shorter clearance than the actual parking garage due to an overhead pipe. The maximum clearance for this specific, assigned garage space is 5'9".

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. We arrived a little earlier than planned and I asked if we could go ahead and check in and she said absolutely. The condo was perfect for us while we stayed there. The pool was a big hit for my children. Easy access to the beach. Will definitely be booking with them again.

The condo was amazing! Everything as is in pictures and the ocean luxury realty was amazing host. The condo is right on the ocean! I could have not picked a better place for me and my family. We stayed a full week. The condo was updated and clean and fully stocked! The location is perfect. I highly suggest renting anything from ocean luxury realty. The sand dollar condo is amazing for families. Thank you for a great stay!!

We had an amazing time! Ed kept everything clean and very secure! Safety was never an issue. The condo was clean and newly updated. The exterior of the building is showing it's age. We only wished the hot tub was larger 😏 will definitely be back!

The key pick up and drop off was quite easy. Actually within walking distance of the condo. 805 was very clean. We immediately noticed all the wall mirrors and sliding door windows that were spotless. That shows that they did a pretty good cleaning throughout. We appreciate that. The kitchen is well equipped, and the TVs are all modern. Improvements would be perhaps a new master bedroom mattress, a new entrance door that doesn’t quite seal now and chair slides so they don’t scratch along the floor.The building just had an exteriorrenovation and it is much improved from a couple years ago which was really in sorry condition. The elevators could use a great deal more cleaning, but the rest of the building isn’t pretty decent shape. The pool and beach access of course right now are still closed and construction seems to be going very very slowly as we only saw one day of Contractor at work while we stayed.Melissa, the office manager is really quite nice and helpful with a lot of good information.

Great place, clean! Only complaint it took 3 days to fix kitchen sink, granted one of the days was Sunday, but they were supposed to come Monday said no parking which I went down and there were 8 spots available, finally came back and fixed Tuesday. Asked for some money off never heard back

Sand Dolllar 805

We enjoyed our stay; the apartment was just the right size and had all accommodations we needed. We understand the construction going on, not being able to use the balcony, and no beach access was beyond your control, and something that has to be done at the time of our stay, and in the future. We definitely would consider staying there again, the only drawback is that it is about 1.8 miles from where the rest of our family stay. Thank you again.

Wonderful vacation.

The lady in the office was awesome and went above and beyond to help. Was glad to have had a pool but it did need some attention. Alot of trash and debree all around. I'm sure this was probably due to all the construction going on. Policy on parking during construction was not made completely clear. We were under the impression that parking was scarce but not that there was NONE AT All. The lady in the office was very helpful though so, due to her, it all worked out.

Sand Dollar March-April rental

The condo inside was very nice - clean, updated and contained anything we might need for our stay. Unfortunately we were never notified that they would be boarding up our windows and sliding glass doors 8 days before we were scheduled to check out. This was work on the outside of the building that had been planned for months - prior to the hurricanes. I received a message from the property manager a week and a half after we arrived asking when it would be convenient for the owners to stop over and remove the balcony furniture! This was the first we had heard of it! We did receive our money back for the days we had paid for - but had to cut our vacation to Florida short. Apparently they will be boarded up for several months. Read the small print. Very disappointing.
