Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with televisions, linens and décor. The oceanfront master suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The master bathroom has an over-sized walk in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The ocean view second bedroom contains a queen bed, walk-in closet, and connecting full bathroom. The third bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains two twin beds with an adjacent full bathroom.

Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, plush furnishings and your flat screen television. In addition to the living room, there is also a bay living room near the front door designed for pure relaxation. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for six guests plus 2 bar stools. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on the direct, oceanfront balcony. Decompress on your sprawling balcony while you listen to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feel the soft ocean breeze.

Dimucci Twin Towers boasts an oceanfront pool, hot tubs, and 2 gorgeous club rooms. The club rooms are designed for entertaining and are equipped with a bar, lounge, kitchen and pool table. The cutting edge health and fitness center allow you to exercise while surrounded by the peace of the ocean. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
